Ichiban

First timers for Ichiban and we decided to place a pick up order. What a pleasant surprise. Pickup experience was good.. friendly staff greeted me and I had to wait 5 or 10 minutes but no worries our food was fresh and delicious when we arrived home to eat our meal. Initial felt we went over the top with cost but it was so worth it. Amazed by the amount of food we pulled out of bag. Steak & Shrimp Hibachi w/ side Fried Rice (w/veggies) Steak & Scallop Hibachi w/side of Noodles Vegetable Tempura Appetizer, Appetizer w/ Fried Shrimp, Crispy Cheese Rangoon, and Spring Rolls (4 each), Spicy Sushi Dynamite

We had dinner with family and friends on a Friday night and the place was packed. We had a party of about 10 and we waited for 30 minutes. I was freezing outside. Luckily, the waiting area on the inside by the bar opened up.This place has a sushi bar in one corner and the rest of the restaurant does teppanyaki. Our whole party sat together at one of the teppanyaki tables. There was a chef in the middle of our table that cooked all our food for us and put on a show. I love how he made a volcano with the stacked onion slices and lit it on fire. For our appetizers we got their specialty sushi roll of the day. I forgot the name of it, but it was so good. It had real crab and it was deep fried. Our hibachi combo meals came with clear soup, house salad, veggie medley and fried rice. I got the shrimp and scallops $30. The hubby got the chicken and filet mignon $30. I'm used to having miso soup at these places, but this place had a clear soup, which was ok. The food was good and the proteins were fresh. I loved the scallops. My only complaint was the butter. OMG, huge scoops of butter for everything that he cooked. I could see my arteries clogging. They gave us this dipping sauce that was to die for. I think it was called yum yum sauce. I could put that sauce on everything, lol. We had fun and I would dine here again. Just please use less butter.

Food was great, but our cook/server made it an experience!! He was full of personality and talent. Would definitely go again!!

Food and service was good. Mixed drinks were a bit strange and didn't taste very good. We went for a birthday and got a complimentary dessert. Quality of food is high and overall a good meal. Would go again

When we first walked in it seemed some of the employees didn't really know what was going on. For example, being hibachi it makes sense we would have to wait until more people showed up when we got there, no big deal. but when asked if we were waiting for more people in our party, we answered that we were waiting for the staff to be ready and they walked away talking about how we had said that we were waiting on them in a very condescending way like they didn't know what we were talking about. Once we were at the table the chef and server were amazing! The food was okay, nothing special, definitely not worth the price but the portions were perfect compared to other hibachi I've been to. The manager was also kind of rude, otherwise decent place.

My husband and I had dinner at Ichiban tonight.No one offered us seating at the sushi bar. We waited an hour and a half, but could have been seated much sooner. The staff seem to be overwhelmed. We ordered the Miso soup but were served mushroom soup instead. We had fried shrimp shumai for the appetizer, and shrimp tempura rolls for the main course. We had a long wait. We know not to come here on a Saturday night for dinner again. We will try for lunch another day.

I love the ichiban franchise and now that is closer to home I couldn't be more excited. This was an another hibachi place here called o"samurai and was amazing I was sad to see it go but ichiban definitely did a great job. The service was amazing. The ambiance and decor was beautiful. Check out the pictures and the food was delicious. The manager came to check on us and it was amazing definitely worth it if you're in the area

The food as delicious! We had 7 people and we got filet, chicken, shrimp, and steak, and everyone's food was so flavorful and tender! The egg rolls were delicious too! Our hibachi chef was funny and entertaining! The service was top notch! I don't think anyone in our party ever had to even ask for a drink refill! She was on top of it! The ambiance was fun, yet wasn't too loud. We could still carry on a conversation amongst the 7 of us. We will definitely be back!

Came here with my sister and niece yesterday on an early Saturday evening. Had never been here before, but in a nutshell I will definitely be coming back! Service was great, the overall ambiance is awesome and the food was delicious. Our grill chef was friendly and entertaining and had a great sense of humor. Thoroughly enjoyed the little "zucchini toss" where the chef went around the table and flipped little pieces to try and have us catch it in our mouths...super fun! Portions are large and we all left being stuffed and still had to take some food home with us. We had a short talk with the owner or manager when leaving and he was friendly too. Great place to have some delicious food and some fun too. Can hardly wait to go back!
