Ichiban Sushi & Chinese - New Hudson

Delicious! Egg rolls are the best in the area. Crispy, fresh and not mushy at all! Only wish they made fresh plum sauce instead of the packets. My Kung Pao's chicken was amazing. Lots of fresh veggies and crispy lightly breaded chicken in a very mild (hot) brown sauce and fried rice. Which was also amazing. We will be back. The lunch specials are all under $9.50.

Enjoyed each time I've ordered takeaway from here. I normally don't get tempura rolls but their Hawaiian roll is my absolute favorite. Every layer that makes this roll is SO good and worth the premium. Lunch and dinner combination entrees are a great price and equally plentiful. Egg rolls are lightly fried, filled with bean sprouts and other veggies (and pork, other options are available) - they do not, however come with plum sauce. Great chicken lo mein and "lighter" variety of fried rice.

We were so excited to see a new Asian restaurant open near our house so we finally got a chance to try it this week. Loved their food!!We got the Mongolian Beef, Pork Fried Rice, General Tso's Chicken, and Seafood Kimchi Soup with two egg rolls.Everything was awesome!!Also try the Seafood Trio delight. It's fantastic! We haven't had a single bad thing since we've been coming here.

We found this place during our stay in Wixom. Typical Chinese restaurant. I ordered the orange chicken and although everything was presented very nicely the chicken tasted like old white meat instead of fresh chicken breast like I thought. The spring rolls and rice was good, but I was really disappointed by the chicken.

If you want an affordable lunch , this is the spot in Milford area. You will get alot of food for under $10. This is a Chinese /sushi restaurant. Sushi is meh, a little better than Meijer. The lunch box is pretty good, don't get the salad because it is just some wet lettuce with ginger sauce. I tried the garlic chicken and it's not bad.

Very good local sushi. Presentation is nice and quality is great for New Hudson area.

Better than expected! I usually stay away from restaurants that serve both chinese and japanese food, but the sushi here was actually pretty decent quality. Takeout was quick, and food was neatly packed inside. Fried rice here is definitely not an entree! It's cooked with less soysauce/ salt and is meant to be eaten on the side (like in a lunch combo). Miso soup was a bit watery.

we usually order online, but the site wasn't working. we called and ordered 3 almond chicken and one sesame chicken with pork fried rice. the website makes substituting fried rice for white rice very simple. over the phone it was lost in translation and we ended up with 4 quarts of pork fried rice. I asked for it to be removed and was told that it was my fault. if my grandson wasn't hungry right then, I would have left all the food there. $38 worth of pork fried rice. never going back.

Flavors were ok. The restaurant seemed old / musty. Too much influence from "western" ideas of what sushi is.

Fantastic service with a large menu. Always a good stop for sushi. They also are available for carry out with fast pickup times.
