Icebreaker Lounge

We ended up here after being told at the other on site restaurant that they were "too busy". I got the Ohio fish trio, fries and coleslaw. I didn't care for what I think was the catfish, but is never had it before and that's a personal preference. The other first was delicious and the fries were good. Slaw was just ok, nothing amazing. Our server was nice but seemed annoyed that we ordered food and no alcoholic drinks. I did enjoy watching the other patrons taking shots with the bar tenders though! Overall a good experience and nice decor.

Great service, excellent food! We're been here several days and not had a bad experience!!!! The hamburger/cheeseburgers are fantastic!

stumbled across here while looking for a place to feed the 6 year old girl and a wife. there was a buffet outside but seemed a bit too much for a quick bite so decided to try this place.nothing special. it was exactly like stumbling into a bar during the daylight. a few young dudes came in and decided to play pool and blast metal music, which was a bit annoying for us - i mentioned i had a 6 year old with me, didn't i? but then again, this is a bar so i wasn't about to take it up with them.if it wasn't for the fact that it was one of only few places i could grab something to eat, i don't think we would have tried it. daughter liked the pizza, probably because it tasted just like the chuck-e-cheese pizza.like i said, it wasn't bad but i won't make it a habit to come back. :-)

We came in with a large party for graduation. We had great service and the food was decent. There are a few problems: the music is TOO LOUD!!!! Our poor bartender was alone in the bar. She had our group of 15-20 plus all of the rest of the tables in the bar plus the actual bartending. I don't think we saw her stop moving the 3 hours we were there. She took great care of us- but she shouldn't have been by herself. More staff would have made our service time quicker and made the rest of the bar a lot happier. The place was packed with people with no servers or other people just our bartender. I think I saw one other person help get some dishes cleared. The bartender-Erin was taking care of around 40 people for lunch and walk in people for drinks from the bar. This place needs better staffing or better management. On a Saturday in the summer there shouldn't be only one person in an entire bar. Our pizzas were good and so were the wings. None of it tasted like premade bar food. Everything came out fast and it was all correct. Lastly was the pricing. It's steep. For what we were paying we shouldn't have been hastled about our outside graduation cake.

A friend and I ordered the pretzel stick app and waited a full hour for it. The woman who took our order told us 'there are only two people back here, patience is key' when asked about the order we placed. We spoke to a second woman and explained we had been waiting an hour and we wanted a refund. She said she would take care of it. Ten minutes later we are still waiting at the bar for the refund and nothing. Instead of refunding the money as requested she brought out our food. We did not get compensation for waiting a ridiculous amount of time for one app. I will never go here again.

My family and I have many great memories here. The pizza is pretty decent and staff is very nice. Prices are a little crazy but overall it's a great restaurant and experience.
