What a cute little spot!! Feels very nostalgic and "old school." The service is great - I think I was served by a high schooler who was super polite and sweet. The menu was slightly overwhelming as there are a lot of options! The different items are all over the walls of the building. We all enjoyed our ice cream and would return!

I went here around 5pm and there was no line. The service was very quick and very friendly. The menu was a little difficult to read since we had around 5 different menus posted around the building. The ice cream overall was good. Lots of seating for you to eat your ice cream outside in the sun or the shade. Great little shop.

Reliable walk up midwestern ice cream. I love the eclectic menu that never seems to change. There's definitely something for everyone here. Staff is always kind and welcoming and it never takes that long. I see them working hard. Seating area is always decorated with annual or perennial flowers, it adds a nice front porch feel. I've tried the soft serve, hand dip, and flurries. Parfaits are my best friend's personal favorite. Love coming here.

In 2006, I used to take my dog Marko to Mark-O's Ice Cream Time and called it "his" ice cream place. Many years later, we take any number of pups (and ourselves) to Ice Cream Time, blissfully ignoring various other ice cream stops along the way, from Ann Arbor to Ypsilanti. My favorite is a bit basic (but not to me!)- a twist cone, dipped in butterscotch shell, inside a chocolate and peanut dipped sugar cone. Absolutely perfect, no other place has anything like it.Wait times are never long, their service is efficient. And you have to love the interesting locals who are there waiting and willing to chit chat with you. We particularly like the milkshake lady, who gets hers every night and calls the owner "Skeeball!"Highly recommend. The Flurries are mixed correctly (not too overloaded like they are at -choke- King Kone in Garden City) with the add-ons like peanut butter cups and chocolate chip cookie dough. The mix is right on and the cone will last almost the entire time without ending up on your shirt. Very important! The dip is not too thick and has a satisfyingly light crunch to it, without cracks for the ice cream to melt through. He has stayed open until Thanksgiving in years past but of course, this is the owner's purview.Go here instead of whatever the heck that is which happened to Mickey's (RIP the real Saline Mickey's- at least the Westland one still exists), DQ and Frosty Joey.

This business has been here for years and they are still the sweetest people. They have an extensive menu and I was so satisfied that I was able to get exactly what I wanted in my ice cream. I felt like a little kid in a nostalgic way when they gave me my ice cream and asked me how it looked. The only thing I didn't like was the outside was a bit chaotic since there was no social distancing and people gathering around the front.

Best place for ice cream in Ypsi - owner has been serving the community for thirty years - some nice specials - who says you can't eat ice cream every day

Tbh it's kinda sketchy but it's so so good. The line was a bit long but that's how you know it's good. There's so many options it's overwhelming. But it seemed like basically whatever you want you can get. I got a flurry with butterfinger and I think I ate it in like two seconds it was delicious. My pup also got a lil ice cream cone with a treat and he had MAJOR gas on the way home, but he was happy.
