Hungry Howie's Pizza

Hungry Howie's deserves 10/10 stars! Delicious pie and awesome service! I will definitely recommend this joint to my friends and family.

Clean store, great food, quick service. Try the wings! So good and actually cooked and not rubbery unlike some places. I also like the deep dish cheese bread. Yummy

I enjoy Hungry Howies pizza and we probably only had one time when our order wasn't right. But this review is to warn people if you order from this location on doordash, please note, you will either 1. not receive your food, 2. receive partial order or 3. the wrong order. I am not going to order from DD any longer. I feel bad for this location, because they get screwed so much because of the drivers. So my final review. Good food, pizza, bread. Anytime my order was stolen from DD they fixed it. But at their expense.Love the cheesy bread.

Quick and yummy. Meat Lovers is always my go to. How can ya go wrong with Howie's bread.

**SCAM ALERT** This is by far, the WORST experience I've ever had with a national pizza chain. As I sit here and type, I'm still waiting for my pizza to arrive........ that I ordered 3 days ago. Last Friday, I ordered a pizza using the Hungry Howie's phone app at 9:41 PM. 3 hours later, my pizza still hadn't been delivered, so I called the store to find out where my order was and was told it's on its way. Another hour goes by and I call back and I'm told that the driver at my building. I go downstairs and wait outside for 15 minutes before calling back again to find that the driver could not deliver my order because he couldn't get a hold of me, even though I had my phone in my hand the entire time, as I waited for their call. Time passed and 11PM rolled around, which is when the store closes.I called the store the next day on Saturday at 11:30 AM and asked to speak with a manager. She said that Door Dash delivered my order and she would have to speak with them to find out what happened and get back to me. Hours went by and I called back at 3PM only to find that she had LEFT FOR THE DAY and the current manager wasn't in the building. The person who answered the phone said the manager would be back in around a half hour. I never received a phone call. I then called back an hour and a half later and was told that it was busy in the lobby and I would have to wait to have the manager call me back. So again, I was waiting for a phone call from a manager, which never happened. Even though I explained what happened, I was told on the phone that I'm less important than new customers who were in the lobby. How horribly disrespectful and infuriating.I've STILL not heard back from ANY manager from this location and I'm not about to spend yet another day trying to get someone to address my concerns. I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company and will be telling everyone I know and every person I meet in the future to NEVER order from this Hungry Howie's location if they value their time and money. You are better off going to Buddy's or Supino's Pizza if you live in Detroit. There is no reason to buy pizza at what is essentially a fast food chain with processed ingredients who will simply take your money, not give you a product, and then avoid you. **SCAM ALERT**

This food no cap buss. But make yo food cheaper like damn, not to be a communist crab. But capitalism is so 1994. Great food tho. Keep it cheesy, keep it real‍

I really enjoyed hungry howies it is good pizza at a great cost. I would rather have it than dominos or any other fast food place around. The next time you have to make a huge order of pizza think of hungry Howies.

Hungry Howies is the epitome of inconsistency and no flavor pizza. We've ordered from here enough times that I can safely say that you can do better. Way better. Stay home and bake a DiGiorno. Trust me, you'll enjoy it a hell of a lot more. Toppings are sparse, flavor is non-existent, and texture leaves much to be desired. It's basically baked dough with some cheese and tomato sauce on top. Even the pepperoni has a weird smell to it, that is, if you get enough slices of pepperoni in the first place. Did I say this pizza and toppings have no flavor. Granted this is not fine-dining, at least with Little Ceasars you know what you're getting. Our dinner affair with Hungry Howies is over.

Dogsh!t service. Waited to have order placed for 15 min just to be told additional orders won't be taken that evening with no warning while they had 20 min left to be open. Take your money elsewhere.

"not good" is an understatement... as soon as an actual live person got on the phone they were rude, screaming in the phone and when I asked if I could place an order for delivery, they simply said "NAW" and hung up. I'll never go near this location again!
