Pros: I have had mostly good experiences with this location. the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. they offer decent deals and I always leave happy. Cons: it's been twice now that I've been over charged on prerolls. I usually get 7/$10 . twice now I was charged 30 something bucks for 14 of them.

HOD respects the flower, if you like good bud/flower then HOD is the best place around. Lot's of other dispensaries have sub par buds, usually dry and repackaged, often innacurate thc numbers.House of Dank always delivers a good flower. 5/5 for good product.

I started out with HOD at this location, right before HOD took over. As soon as they became rec. it was a hot mess all around between going in store and delivery. I felt that staff also went downhill. Front desk staff always looked miserable, verbally complaining, and I can't say much different for the bud tenders. I haven't been inside this location in a while, probably at least over a year now, so I can't speak to how the staff is present day. The delivery drivers though are their saving grace. I love chatting with them. Their website is NEVER accurate with what they have in stock and every single time, without fail, I place a delivery order, they call about being out of a product I ordered. As a customer this is extremely frustrating and off-putting, since their website clearly is not updated in real time. Because of this, I moved over to another HOD location and have been very happy since.

When to HOD for the second time. Spending 3 to 400 both times. So I shop and load upget what I want, pay, and go home. Get home, empty my bag missing a whole Ounce. I call and tell them, they offer to give me my Ounce. But I live three hours away, so can I just get my refund. They make up and excuse and say call the next day. The next day I call, now they sayin he put it in my bag, when I know he didn't. Then I get a mitten Extract cart I bought, opened it, empty. NO LIE! honest to God truth. Lost $140.00 would recommend this one. Not to mention the rep, had basically admitted, and offered to replace till I asked for a refund. I just took a big L. (You think they gonna let me see the video?)

Today I had an issue with defective product purchased from this store. I was asked to provide receipt and original packaging in order to receive a refund or any further assistance. I had to dig through my trash to find receipt and original packaging for defective product, then returned the dirty packaging to the store as they asked. I was patronized by the manager and the security guard, and scolded for attempting to receive a refund for the product I rightly paid for. They ended up giving me an identical product, after taking it apart and showing that it was not defective, he said "See how easy that was??" in a patronizing tone. He was telling me earlier to "calm all the way down with that attitude" and being generally belligerent and frustrating to deal with. I do not intend to step foot on this property again..

I recently started using this HOD location and so far so good. They always have tons of promotions and a massive inventory. Everyone I've dealt with has been pleasant even during rush hours.Last time I utilized curbside pickup and they were out of an item which I received a voicemail notifying me of the inventory issue. I promptly called back and left a message with options for substitution.Upon my arrival there was still an issue with the order which they promptly resolved.Can't complain and would definitely recommend.

HOUSE OF DANK CENTERLINE SUCKS! There are way too many other dispos in the area that have better deals and overall care about their customers. The loyalty system is always down, they upcharge the customers for stupid reasons, curbside is slow as hell, I can go on. They've given me untrimmed bud, can't keep good track of inventory, etc. the curbside people are so nice but whoever mange's the place.....sucks. they had a sale today BOGO and I brought a product for $20. THEY RAN OUT OF THE PRODUCT, couldn't give me my deal and tried to make me pay $35 to get the product! like wtf!! I would rather go to my local hood dealer At this point.

On my birthday I was with a girl and they sent me a text saying happy birthday and I remembered they give something free on your birthday but it's a TOTAL SCAM. I even called before I went there and asked what they give away for your birthday and they said a free preroll... So like $2 value, but we went there to get the free joint with a plan to smoke it and you know chill.... and we just didn't bring money because nobody told us you have to spend $20 to get the "free joint." The sign in the lobby that has been there for over a year says nothing about having to spend money to get a "free birthday joint." There's no asterisk, there's no fine print, we called and they said nothing about spending $20 to get the free joint. That is not free, that is a promotional add on to a purchase. It really ruined my birthday because I had plans to smoke and chill with a girl and then the point of being so stingy over a $2 joint that we drove 25 minutes to get... it was just a really bad vibe and really made my day unpleasant, enough that I am writing this review now on my birthday, instead of smoking and chilling, because we don't have a joint to smoke. We talked to 2 people there and they told us there's nothing they can do... Then after we left I called the manager and he said he would give me a joint if i came back up... but I was already 25 minutes away... So if this company doesn't do something to make up for my experience I am never going to shop there again and will tell everyone how stupid and stingy this place is over a $2 joint on someone's birthday and the sign says nothing at all about having to spend $20 in order to get something free... it's not free if you have to spend money to get it... You people need to understand what "free" is. Free means you do not have to spend money to get it. What you are offering is an "add-on" promotion to a purchase.. that is not "free." So how are you going to fix this day for me?

I've never went inside but I do curb side pick up and they are pretty awesome only complaint I have is the small amount of parking around the building on busy days.
