Holbrook Market

Fairly large local fruit and grocery market for Hamtramck. Store is very clean and parking can at times be tricky even with a parking lot. Otherwise a good store.

Since their expansion last year, this place is even better. Their meat counter is great, with all the halal meats you could want. The produce section is more wide open, which makes browsing very easy. more people seem to shop here now, so produce doesn't get as bad before it's sold.it's super clean in here, The olive bar is still great and often includes pickled turnips now.there is a sandwich counter as well that serves shawarma. I haven't had it yet, but I've heard it is good.

Just walked in here on memorial day looking for food, impressed with the cleanliness inside the shop and the vast amount of selections of fresh fruit and vegetables. We tried the hot food section, got some kebab and chicken wings, they're quite flavorful (not the best one I've ever had but they were pretty good). They sell fresh meats and alot of middle eastern? stuff, overall a very good place to shop in this area for someone who wants to cook

I bought some figs but noticed they were rotten. I went back to the store to switch them out and the cashier would not let me swap them for fresher ones. I showed that they were rotten but he was arrogant. I walked out the store without getting a refund.

This is a wonderful little store that I would shop at all the time if only it was closer to where I live. They have very low prices and their fruits and vegetables are generally very fresh. I buy my mozzarella cheese there also. DeLallo, a good brand.

Holbrook Market was wonderful. I go here to buy all of my groceries. Inside was eye opening. The products were all stacked nicely on the shelves. It has more variety of goods than Al-Haramain. Check out the olives bar at the back, the hummus was amazing. There's also a meat bar which has lots of different meats (no pork). I went there last Eid,and they sold toys for kids and gave out free goody bags to the kids. The staff are amazing and nice. Their groceries are not only Middle Eastern, but they also have Polish goods. Overall, it's really nice to go shop there.
