I have been here twice so far...first time a gentleman made my orange head to go... It was great and filled enough and properly....the next time i went, a young lady made the orange head and she didn't fill it enough at all. I was annoyed when i got home and wasnt about to go back, i had ppl over. I really want to like this place bc its not too far from me but i just havent felt welcomed here. I wish they were more friendly and talkative. When i was stuck between flavors, the girl gave no suggestions. Maybe shes new on the job, im not sure, but you could tell she didnt quite know what she was doing. Anyways ill give them another chance and see what happens. 3 stars bc they lack customer service and friendless but they have a nice store with lots of hookah accessories and tabacoo flavors. My favorite place so far is cloud 9 on dequinder. Always so friendly and its worth thr longer drive to me.
