My co-workers and I love going here for lunch. The food is always good. Their soups are amazing, especially the creamy potato soup. Served with a very tasty bread, it is a perfect meal. To add to that perfection you have to get their fries. They are crispy crinkle fries that are cooked to perfection with a soft bite in the middle. Waitstaff is always very friendly. Great place to go for some homemade comfort food.

My husband and I have stopped and had breakfast many times through the years. We stopped and had breakfast Friday, May 31. Everything was excellent and they had a pretty full restaurant. They changed the coffee and it was rich and flavorful, A few years back we were disappointed because we loved the food, atmosphere, location and service. The only thing we didn't like was their coffee as it was too weak. A biggy when you're a coffee lover and having breakfast. Thank you for making this change as it was huge for us. Well done!!!

3.5 stars. I had a good lunch experience here. It's nothing fancy, either in the setting or the food, but it tasted good, service was friendly, and it was an efficient dining experience without feeling rushed. I visited with family when they were here to visit, and I got a club sandwich, which I really enjoyed! Everybody else was happy with their lunch, both with the selections for what they could have, and how the food tasted when it was delivered. They're supposed to be highly rated for breakfast/brunch, so I will add it to the rotation to give them a try some upcoming weekend morning!

The shepherd's pie and pot pie were both great! Very tasty, warm, and the perfect cozy meal on a newly fall day. Great portions, I had enough for lunch the next day.

Had lunch here today (Saturday) we a friend. We wanted to eat outside but the weather was permitting. We were happy with their Covid procedures. They were requiring masks and sitting people every other table. They also brought out prepackaged condiments to prevent the spread of germs on containers. Employees had on masks and seemed to be thoroughly cleaning. My friend and I both ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with bacon and guacamole on it with a side of steak fries. I really enjoyed the chicken sandwich. It was tender and juicy and the toppings were a good mixture. The steak fries were good just wish they were a little more cooked. The prices were a little high, but I'd go here again.

After being a patron for 10 years :I'm giving up on them ( for good) Today at 10:00am the restaurant was not very busy so the kitchen was under no rush or stress at all,BUT when I received my Hash brown : their were undercooked ( again) /////:: far to be well done as requested ////////after telling the front of the house employee how I ordered them versus how I received them .. and of course because I eat them and don't complain right away they didn't do anything.I was hungry and the waitress asked me how the food was only at the end of my meal without even bringing us water to have with our meal ( by the way) I had no opportunity to let her know about my raw hash brown.Knowing the place I noticed that Special request are more likely to be screwed or ignore so I guess: A : they are not reading properly their ticket in the kitchen.. Or B : the cooked in charge does not care of the customer's preference .

Being patrons for a number of years, receiving outstanding service from the waitstaff such as Juanita and Kathy, it's evident the new ownership is trying to stay relevant Following the pandemic. Food is excellent and the atmosphere is warm and inviting - feels like home.
