Guido's Premium Pizza Novi

Great tasting pizza! Very happy with Guido's. Love the old world style pepperoni. BLT pizza is very good too!

I went here after sitting at the hospital with my husband after surgery for 8 hrs. placed my order and when I went in to get my pizza the manager was in the back washing dishes. I stood in the lobby for at least 15 mins yelling hello, and tapping on the counter. I had to call to make the phones ring to get him to come to the front. When he finally came he just threw the pizza on the counter. I asked how long it had been sitting he said I don't know I was washing dishes. I got to my car and realized it was cold. When I took it back for a refund he told me he couldn't refund me he would make it over. I just wanted a refund because I didn't like his attitude at this point. We argued for at least 45mins. I had to call the police to come up there to get my money. We called each other all kind of names and he argued for those 45 mins with me the customer. He finally gave me my money and when he did he threw it on the counter. The police officer gave me the police report and I will be calling cooperate. I can't believe he's the manager.

Finally gave it a try after a few years and I knew it would be "iffy" based on the reviews. The guy working wasn't excited to be there. The veggie pizza crust wasn't cooked through, which as you'd imagine was disappointing. Also got the jumbo italian sub. It was just ok. I don't prefer the harder crust on a sub roll, so it wasn't great for my liking. There are too many other options around to go back here.

Best pizza in Novi. Call ordering is best but be prepared to be guided in your order quickly which allows for prompt service.

There are many pizza places in Novi. This spot is good. This was my first time here, but my wife's been here several times as she worked at the hospital across the street. She's always said it's awesome. I'd agree now.I ordered a carry-out Old World Style extra large. It was ready on-time, and I had no issues with the efficient counter service.The pizza was quite good. Having an extra piece now. Noted some delivery issues on the reviews here. Can't comment on that as we've had no deliveries. I think that detracts from the quality of their kitchen. No complaints myself friends.

Great Pizza, unique flavor. I ordered Detroit style and original round. Both are really good.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Stopped in for a dine-in because of a flyer. No one at the counter, but loud music in the back. I said helloo. Then louder, hellooo. Then louder still, helloooo! A guy in the back leans back from his work and says, what? I'm shocked but pursue it by asking, you don't offer dine-in?I can't hear you, he says, my music is too loud. He then went back to work. OMG. I left with my money.

Manager is rude and delivery is constantly late. When you call to inquire about when order will be delivered, he hangs up on you. When you call back, he puts you on hold and never comes back. If you want terrible service and delivery 45 minutes to an hour after it's promised, order from this place!

I've worked it the Food industry for a number of years in restaurants and owning my on food truck and I was simply appalled by the mannerism and the attitude I encounter when going to guidos pizza in Novi this evening. I get everyone has bad days but the cashier Dan treated me in such a way where I felt unwelcome and unwanted. I was a big fan of Guidos I think they are the best pizza joint around! It breaks my heart that I will not be going back given the way I was spoken too by Dan. Often times in business what separates the good from the Great is customer service and if Dan is a representation of Guidos they are lackluster at best now. If you go there don't go when "they are busy" and Dan is working because he will make you feel very bad for even being there.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The guy makes it seem like you're interrupting his day when you walk in. Absolute worst customer service I've ever seen in my entire life. Guy has the customer service skills of a wet napkin. I hope this guys doesn't own this place.
