G's kitchen and Cocktails

Went during summer and our scallops were spoiled. Very disapointing. Beautiful restaurant but wont go back.

Came here for the first time tonight, and very pleased. The decor is fun and I love the table top lamps. I had a limoncello spritz that was really tasty and a little sweeter than I anticipated. My main course I had the port wine short ribs. Everything tasted very good and was seasoned properly. My only critique would be that the wine reduction wasn't thick enough. For dessert, we had the cheesecake which was light and not too sweet. I was there for a few hours and everyone was very attentive to checking in on us asking how everything was and to clear plates. I'll will definitely be coming back!

Ambiance: 5/5Service: 3/5 (waitress was ok, but asked everyone how their food was except for the person that obviously didn't like theirs) Cajun Chicken Linguine: 5/5Gnocchi: 2/5 tasteless and had a microwaved taste to it Crab Rangoons: 5/5 but not with the price Overall nice restaurant but a bit pricey for the quality.

Ambiance is romantic. Food was bland or overly seasoned/salted, not worth the price. We waited 10 minutes for a table and then 40 minutes for our food. It was a busy night but no excuse. We saw the manager come around and apologize to the large parties around us and offered something on the house for the inconvenience (was only 2 of us) and skipped us. And at no point did we get a decent apology let alone maybe something off our bill for the service. Won't return.

Love G's! Great for a wonderful dinner, appetizers and cocktails. The wait staff are very nice and helpful. It is very nice to have a restaurant of this quality just around the corner.
