Went there on a Tuesday night, and got the family meal and two alcohol drinks and one soft drink. $54 for two topping pizza, four meatballs with pasta, the cheesiest cheese bread, and an antipasto salad. It was incredible. We will be back. I'd post pics of food, but... we ate it too quickly. Yum yum.

We ordered the fish and chips on DoorDash and it is nothing like the picture they have on their website. It is the worst fish and chips I've ever had everything tasted like old grease avoid this place at all costs.

Super disappointed in our order tonight. Ordered two pizzas to go and it was basically cheese bread. There was barely any sauce on either of the pies. Ordered some m blue cheese to go with our wings and was given ranch instead. We also ordered a cauliflower crust pizza only to be told they were out of the crust and that the online ordering site wasn't updated. They had my phone number, so it would've been nice to get a heads up. We were given a gift card to cover the cost.

Came here when this first opened. The food back then was amazing- now years later and my chicken Alfredo taste like nothing... seriously no flavor... had the French onion soup that was horrible as well. My hubby had sliders and said they were good. That being said I won't be back again.. what happened Grotto??? Empty restaurant and yet still waited quite a long time. This place use to be packed. You won't survive like this.- sorry I wanted to live it

If i could do half a star i would. Ordered a stromboli that was made around a giant piece of smelly bologna that was basically uneatable. Poor food and a waste.

I would like to give a review on the food but I wasn't able to try it since I was ghosted after they agreed to cater an event for me. So, I can only give insight to the customer service I experienced. Which was awful. I emailed them on a Friday asking if they were available to cater an event the following Thursday for 60 people. They emailed back and said they would be happy to cater the event. We emailed back and forth discussing food options until I gave him my phone number and told him he could call me if that would be easier. He replied and said he would call Monday. Monday came and went, with no call.Tuesday morning I emailed him and asked if he was available around 3pm that day so I could call him and we could discuss the details of the event. He replied "Look forward to the call" and gave me his cell. I called at 3:07pm and it went to voicemail so I left him a message and asked him to call back.When I still hadn't heard back from him nearly an hour later I was getting a little worried because the event is only a couple days away so I also sent him a text and asked when a good time to reach him was. Again, no reply. By 6:00pm, I still haven't heard anything from him. Reminder, this is Tuesday night and my event is on Thursday afternoon with 60 guests. At this time I decided to call Grotto, the hostess answered and I asked to speak to the person who I discussed my catering event with. The hostess put me on hold for a minute or 2 and then came back on the line to tell me that Robert was unavailable and that he would call me back. Guess what....he never called!I am beyond irritated and frustrated with my experience. If anyone has planned an event, you can imagine how stressful it would be to have the caterer completely ignore you. If there was a mix up and he accidently double booked, it would've been so much better if he would've told me up front instead of stringing me along leaving me to find a caterer on extreme short notice. To not reply to any of my attempts to contact him was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never be a customer of Grotto.

We had it a few times and wasn't bad. But lately not so good. The last time we got it the pizza was burnt and not very much toppings. The toppings weren't scattered around just bunched on certain pieces and some pieces none. The large was alot smaller than it usually was. I called to tell them and the lady who answered took my name down and said the manager would call me back. Unfortunately I never received a call back. We haven't been back since and don't plan on returning.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered carry out from Grotto. I want to love it because it is close to home and it's ADORABLE inside. Unfortunately I've had two not-so-great experiences with the food. Today, I ordered the chicken picatta. The chicken wasn't fully cooked through ( pink and rubbery middle), the noodles were soggy, and the sauce has no flavor. It was more like a gravy than than a creamy lemon/wine sauce. I was so bummed again. The carry out staff was good though. What I can say, is that in their defense, I didn't call to have it fixed. It was 7pm by the time I ate and I wasn't going back out anyway.

04/15/24 I'm not from here and had decided to try this place and placed a delivery order. Order was placed at 16:15. It's now 17:45 and still no food. Called the place and they told me that the driver had arrived and tried calling me but I did not get a phone call. Called and demanded my money back. The service was unacceptable. Had told the lady over the phone to have the driver call me when he had arrived so I can meet him/her. Not go into the facilities office where I am not located.
