Gregg's Pizza & Bar-B-Que

This is the absolute last time I will buy food from them! They are just ghetto for no apparent reason. They need to close this place forever! The Manager didn't give a damn at all! I miss the old days! I should have went to Bobs Pizza Palace like my first mind told me, but meBeing lazy, I came to Greggs, but never again will they get my money!

BUYER BEWARE: So they have really gone downhill. Save your money, go someplace else. I used to love them, but now, the last time I went. There was a hair in my pizza, a big one. Today my girl goes there to get a pizza, and then she trips on a jagged piece of concrete on business property coming out and drops the whole pizza. They seen what happened. They knew it was a hazard and a problem. And they refused to remake the order. Or even give me a discount on a new pizza. They don't appreciate the regulars. They put pennies before people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The manager there started to scream before I even told her what was wrong with my food that I got last night when everything was closed. The point that she comes out coming out screaming honey baby sweetheart what you want me to do is her first words I will never be there again. She brought up that I ate half is only because it was the only food available at that time at night. She tried to belittle me and I just want to explain to her that the food was bad. I didn't even want to refund and I left out screaming upset. I will never go there again and I have been over there for over 20 something years. Nothing will be done and they wonder why we don't support black businesses. I do. But there's no reason for you to start off screaming at a person you never met about food that you ordered at their establishment.

This was my first time at Gregg's but I heard they have good pizza. Customer service is straight forward not friendly but not angry. The area is a little rough around the edges but just use caution like you would anywhere. The menu is written above the ordering window. We got our pizza within the 30 mins . The pizza was hot and loaded and delicious. I would order from them again, it was perfect when leaving the club. I like everything on my pizza and the Gregg's Special Was just right minus the anchovies.

Encountered the most IDIOTIC server today at Greggs. We ordered a gluten free pizza. When we came in to pick it up they said they were giving us a $2 credit for the crust, but that they made the pizza anyways and would charge us for the pizza. What good does a regular pizza do for me when I have a gluten allergy???????You can't make this up. And at a food establishment, no less.This is like a saying we don't have any vegetables for a vegetarian pizza so we're just gonna put meat on it. Don't order here if you have any allergies because these people clearly don't understand the concept.

I am really big on customer service it takes five seconds to give customer service over the phone with that being said the customer service was so horrible over the phone I refuse to be subjected to anything further I called across the street to Captain jays and got my food from there fantastic service and food from Captain Jay's not Gregg's pizza Save yourself the headache and walk across the street

Had not been there in decades - when it was great. Not now. Then.Nothing like it was when this place was tops in the pizza world. Those days are gone, long gone. The customer service and quality of the food are so poor it seems they could put themselves out of business If the stay on their current course.There are too many better eateries to waste money here. The city is saturated with pizzerias and many are mediocre or worse. Fortunately the customer reviews provide a heads up on which ones to avoid.

I'm from Michigan and lived in Arizona for 16 yrs. We rant and rave if how good Greg's pizza is in Michigan. I'm here visiting and wanted Greg's pizza in Detroit. This pizza was horrible. It looked dark, no cheese. Really we could not locate the cheese. Picked up a slice and all the toppings fell off. Looks like they took a vegitable pizza that was already cooked and threw the meat toppings on top. Pepperoni looked uncooked and stuck together by threes, etc. there was no cheese to be found on the pizza. I was hurt!!!! Never going back and will tell the folks from Detroit who live in Arizona that Greg's is no longer the Greg's we knew. Highly disappointed. This happened tonight.

Pizza was awful , short ribs sliced thin and burned with little saucierService talking to each other more before approaching customers Not very clean and behind counter the Pizza station food was thrown all over and left that way that's how the pizza looked

I have consistently loved this location since childhood. They don't miss! The Gregg's special no anchovies is the best ever, IMO. There's no in store seating. The service is to be expected for a high volume small business.
