Greens & Grains Salad

These guys are a bunch of a-holes. They are rude to the customers and they will also short change the customers especially when ordering the Thai salad. They conveniently not give people the shrimp that comes with it, asks if they want chicken, and then charge the shrimp price. You would think with their crummy attitudes they are busy but they're not. I guess it must be hard being next to chick-fil-a knowing you are loosing bank compared to them. Then again, even before the pandemic and Chick-fil-a they weren't busy anyway. They deserve to go out of business. The King of the a-holes is pictured below..

Very unfriendly staff. Visited with my son, we both ordered salads with no dressing. I ordered mine with shrimp, while waiting for the shrimp after paying we decided we should split a dressing. I asked the cashier for a ranch dressing. He said it would be 80 cents, ok weird but sure. When I pulled out my credit card he said it will be $2.40. I reminded him that the dressing should come with my salad and his response was " you should have asked for it before". The $17 salad was very unsatisfying, several cold shrimp, not fresh ingredients.

This little spot is a nice alternative to the less healthier fast food counter options in the Somerset food court.It's a decent good option for a bit more nutrient rich lunch or meal on your shopping day. I have only tried their grain bowl. It has a nice blend of spring mix, spinach, quinoa, other grains, beets, corn, tomato, onions, feta cheese and almonds. I added the grilled chicken to mine. The salad was pretty good and gave me the energy and sustenance I needed for a Saturday shopping day.

Finally tried this place after hearing such good things about it. I had assumed it was like the previous salad place before it, but I was mistaken! I had a make my own salad with chicken and it was very good. Good service as well. I will be back!

I ate my salad so quickly I didn't get a picture. This was an awesome place to go in Somerset. I'm always looking for a healthy option at the food court and this was perfect. The portions were great and you they have a variety of toppings. I love that you can customize your salad exactly to how you want. I highly recommend making this your choice for eats while out shopping.

This place has really good salads. I got the strawberry field salad. I loved my salad. The people that work here are very nice too. You can also build your own salad if you want, they have everything you could want for a salad.

I am from out of town so I visited only once but I was impressed by the freshness of the ingredients and the quality. I didn't even use true dressing I got on the side because it was so flavorful. The Greek salad has beets, roasted garlic, roasted cauliflower, roasted tomatoes, roasted green beans, onions, feta, and chicken - delish. A little heavy on the cheese which is probably why I didn't need dressing but I wasn't complaining. I wish we had these in MD.

Great place for healthy food. Their salads are fresh and delicious I would definitely go there again.

Was hungry while shopping at Somerset mall, visited the food court and was happy to find a place that serves healthy delicious choices. I ordered the Thai salad sans crispy noodles. It was big, delicious and the grilled shrimp were perfect. Looking forward to my next visit. I'd like to try the other salads as well.

After checking out what restaurants are in the food court, we decided to get a salad from Greens & Grains and a slice of pizza from another store front. My husband ordered the salad - which suddenly turned into two salads because he found one with Salmon. We should have just stuck to the salads and not gone to the other place too! The Walk on the Wild Side salad looked amazing (I don't care for salmon) and had two nice sized salmon filets. My Harvest Grains salad was perfection in a bowl. An amazing blend of flavors between crunchy apples, tangy goat cheese, and the fresh grilled flavored chicken. The salads are huge and filling! I split mine amongst three meals and my husband got two. We had no problem with customizing my salad a bit (I don't like beets) and it was obvious the people working that day took pride in creating beautiful food. Can't wait to be in the area again to stop in again.
