Great White Buffalo Brewing

First time visiting yesterday and I look forward the next time I am in the area. Excellent service and friendly staff. I stopped in for lunch and ordered a Mac n cheese burger with carnitas. The burger was great and well seasoned. Since this is a brewery I should have started with the beer, but better late than never. Good selection of beers with some specialties. I ordered their pickle beer and it makes me wonder why more people don't have this on a menu. I also had a blueberry bacon maple porter which was excellent. I really like the look of the brewery and there was plenty of seating. There are a few large public parking lots nearby which is always a plus.

Decent place. It had nice exterior seating options. Friendly staff. Food okay. Main feedback was the burger was nothing special. Wished they had cooked potatoes of some form rather than chips straight out of the bag. Pretzel was great but greasy. Overall, seems like a nice business for downtown Northville but could use improvements.

We stopped in for a beer after walking around Northville and we loved it!! The waitress was so nice and made great recommendations. I wasn't sure about the pickle beer but she told me it was her favorite and was so good! I decided to try it and it was amazing!! The pickle, in the beer, was really good, too!! We sat outside and it was really nice! The waitress was awesome!! She was so fun! I wish we had gotten her name. This was Sunday, May 26 and I think it was just her and a guy working. We will definitely be back!

If you haven't had the chance to stop into GWBB, you absolutely must! Meeting the incredible owners, Eric and Ryan, is just the start. You'll be blown away by their amazing house-crafted beers and the delicious food that awaits you. Plus, the atmosphere is truly one of the best in Downtown Northville. Don't let this gem pass you by--I'm glad I didn't!!

Good beer but extremely disorganized. We came for trivia, we arrived half an hour before it started and it was already packed. It's a lot smaller inside than I thought so I would come SUPER early if you plan to do trivia. This is one of those entitled parent places where they bring their kids to sit and play on their tablets instead of making room for paying adults. But I digress. The gentleman who greeted us initially told us we would be on a waitlist but I found out later that we actually were never put on it. We were instructed that we could wait at the little side table by the bar so we did that but I had to flag someone down to get drinks after waiting for at least 10 minutes. When we finally got the beer, it was actually really good. I had the sour and my bf had some sort of stout. Fortunately, the staff were able to nail us a table when a party got up and I was very thankful for that. The server we had was so nice, I sadly can't remember her name. She was very attentive and I felt terrible for being so annoyed earlier but it had nothing to do with her- she looked stressed. I got the loaded tots and I actually really liked them, and my bf got the chicken tacos but he wasn't impressed . We ended up spending 80 something bucks at the end of it which is a little much to me for a brewery. I don't think I'm rushing back.

Visited on their first Saturday being open after their opening on Friday, 3 March 2023. As expected with a new establishment to downtown Northville, there was a lot of excitement witnessed by the number of people coming to visit. Line formed before they opened at 3pm. We arrived at 5pm and the gentlemen at the door was very kind taking names. The estimated wait was already two+ hours at this point. People kept coming and quickly the estimate jumped to 3 hours. We waited a bit under two hours and was glad we did. First to be noted is the establishment is on the smaller side for seating. You can do takeaway drinks and enjoy in the downtown are while you wait. Northville has some shelters with heat and fire pits going if it's a bit chilly or increment weather. Once inside, the staff couldn't have been more attentive, kind and nice. A very good look on their opening weekend.Food wise we were quite pleasantly surprised how good the fare was for a brewery and one that just opened. Seems like all the kinks were worked out and planned ahead of time. We started off with the pretzel. It was huge and can be shared with 3-4 people in my opinion. had the Buffalo burger and highly recommend it as a great pub burger. One of the better ones I've had in the Metro area. The balsamic onion jelly balanced very well with the Brie and Kale. The tots were cooked just right! Not so crispy as to be inedible as so many places serve them. My wife had the chicken sliders and raved about them being really good and tasty. Now for the beer assessment. Had a pint of the Hazy VilleAin NEIPA and The People's Choice IPA. Both were very good brews and what you would expect of their respective types. These were the only two I sampled so cannot make a recommendation for the other brews offered.Overall Great White Buffalo Brewing is a place we will definitely make trips to in the future. So glad to have it downtown as we ride bikes to Northville often in good weather.

amazing food. amazing drinks. great service. The Smoked Mango IPA is like nothing else and it's one of the best beers I've ever had. Their cocktails are great too. With a great atmosphere and location, this is the place to be. They also have fun events like trivia, music bingo, comedy shows, and live music. The brunch is also really good. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best breakfast brunch in town! The made to order omelette and Bloody Mary bar is the best we have had. Keep it up!Atmosphere is also inviting!Keep it up!

We went for a comedy show, ( headliner was an absolute riot! ). Food, beer and staff were very good. We'll be back!
