Giuseppe's Bakery

I ordered a cake from Giuseppe's Bakery, after my friend referred me, as she had ordered cakes from the bakery several times before for events such as birthdays, and a baby shower. So I went with her one day to check it out. And to compare to Sweethearts Bakery, which is a bakery that I had ordered a cake from in the past. Overall, I selected Giuseppe's Bakery because I loved the designs of the cakes opposed to Sweethearts Bakery.So after reviewing some of the cakes, and decided to basically copy a design that I saw on their Facebook page. I thought the cake was so nice, and a perfect fit for what I had envisioned. So I ordered the cake, which ended up being a total of $95.00 (and that was without the cost of the nice blinged out numbers I requested on top of the cake). That's what brings the rating down, just Bc I always felt the cost was way too pricey for the cake. However, I had already put a deposit on the cake, and at that point, I had not researched other bakeries.I was very pleased with the design of the cake, but again, for the price, it didn't knock my socks off at all. The cake was ok, but not as moist or as sweet as I like. I will say that customer service was nice, again, the cake in regards to the decoration was nice, but the price and overall taste of the cake did not match one another.

Really like this bakery as they are very accommodating. Always come here if I need something designed specifically and for a special occasion. Cake artists are pretty good. Cakes are pretty good on moisture and flavor. Good not amazing but very pretty. I will continue to use this bakery for my needs.

At the last minute we decided to order a cake for my brothers Bday. We called the the bakery and the staff was very accommodating!!! The cake design came out better than we expected seeing that it was so last minute and we had a very specific design in mind. They made a dream into reality (wish I had a pic to show).I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I have never had a bad experience with this bakery, in the 15 yrs I have been dealing with them. Their cakes are superb.

Incredibly rude staff my daughter tried to order a cake for my birthday she was told to text order details throughout the condescending conversation she addressed my daughter as ma'am we can only do this and ma'am we can only do that. My daughter is a college student trying to do something nice for me with the little that she has she knows I rarely celebrate my birthday this bakery was a referral from a family member. My daughter sent her a final text asking to confirm the cake order do you think they responded? No! please use another bakery that treats people with respect. Sad thing is I've sent a few friends pictures of the cakes they've made for other customers I have called them all and told of my experience . So much for the recommendation from my family member and she won't be using them again either. Stay away

First time at this bakery. I was impressed not only a pretty cake that was designed like a picture I showed the baker it was also delicious. Thank you. Also the donuts are delicious.

Picked up a good birthday cake at the last minute. The donuts are good. although they don't have a big selection

Great service and quality! Thank you for the beautiful cake! The marble cake was moist and the frosting was light and creamy. A fan favorite!
