I had to carry out, it was for the eggplant Parmesan and their chocolate mousse cake. The eggplant Parmesan you couldn't even find the eggplant in it. There were meatballs in it, which had a very strange taste to them. It definitely wasn't all beef. It was also very dry very little sauce.The chocolate mousse cake does not look like what they advertise. It's a third size and there's no cake to it. It's all chocolate mousse there's no substance.

Okay, I heard a lot about the lasagna in this place. I went on the app and was able to order for a specific time which was very nice. When I got there my order was ready, nice and hot. For a small to go restaurant is decorated very nicely and I must say that it was extremely clean in the carryout area. Now for the lasagna, EXCELLENT !LET ME SAY THEY AIN'T LYING.. LOL! It was delicious and served with an awesome garlic roll. I also got a side salad that was delicious, unlike other places, the salad actually had lots of veggies. It isn't just lettuce and a widget tomato, good job.

I'm going to make this as short as I can to explain everything. Unfortunately I was very ill on my fiance's birthday. I couldn't drive. I couldn't even get out of bed. So the one thing I wanted to do for him was order him the best Italian food I could think of. The first thing that popped in my head was of course here ... Needless to say, this place will never receive my business again. I had it door dashed and underneath the special request which they include on the bottom and ask if you would like utensils, special allergy requirements, etc. I listed how important this dinner was. I even ordered a cake for his birthday and I even put in the notes that it was my fiance's birthday. Please make it extra special. I will even pay more if I have to. I've done this many times with other businesses and never seem to have a problem before. Usually they go above and beyond to make a special day special. Not here. Not only did my dinners cost over $50 for two people and that's including buy one get one free dinner. That is absolutely ridiculous. The ravioli was pretty basic. Bland and wasn't stuffed enough and drenched in sauce. The roles that I used to love were hard as a rock. I couldn't even bite through them. And the cake that I had ordered never even came. Even though I mentioned several times how important the cake was. They didn't forget about the cake because guess what? They charged my credit card. No problem for it. As soon as it arrived. I called the restaurant and she proceeded to apologize and she said to me that she's staring at the cake right now. Are you kidding me? Nice way to rub it in. I could barely understand her and I requested a refund and told her how important this dinner was and how unfortunate and sad I was that they messed it up and messed up his day because who has a birthday without cake!!! Not only did I request a refund on my cake that I never got but they still haven't refunded my money and I've called everyday so far and nothing. She proceeded to tell me the next day that she told the owner. Well, if this is true, wouldn't an owner of a business reach out to a customer that is absolutely disgusted in their establishment. No not them. They could care less. Not to mention the long hair that has been in my food from them on more than two occasions. They even posted pictures of this lady's hair inside the beef patties as she's mixing them. It was gross on their Facebook page. Not a really good promotion for anybody. This place is nothing like what it used to be. I'm going to stick to what I know.... and that is not here but I recommend Luigi's, Andiamo's and Mr. Pauls some of the best you could ever have. But as for here I urge you to please go somewhere else. They did absolutely nothing to fix my issue. My problem or refund my money. I can't think of anything nice to say about this place anymore. This place should be out of business and I hate to say that but it's true. As for the ambience, I felt like I was doing nothing but inconvenience the staff for ordering food from them. It's really sad when you have a business and serve customers, but you never take care of the customer.

If I could give half a star I would. This is not the owners that were here before. We ordered a pizza anticipating the same hand tossed pizza we had in the past, instead we received a preform Chucky Cheese special. The pizza was tasteless, gummy and just bad. I'm not sure what happened to the other people that ran the place, but it is safe to assume that they are gone long gone. Stay away.

Stopped here last night on our way to MJR. Kind of quick order Italian. My husband and I shared the shrimp scampi and some cheese bread. Definitely was more than enough for two to share. The cheese bread had a nice cook/crispiness to it and the marinara was good. The pasta was cooked perfectly and I loved the peppers in the scampi. I did feel for me that the dishes could have used a little bit more salt/flavor. But overall it was good and I would stop in again when in the area.

I had been wanting to try this place for a while and was unfortunately disappointed. Maybe it was because I got carried out, but my fettuccine with palomino sauce was incredibly dry, it appeared as if it had been reheated it was that dry. And the chicken parmesan had an unpleasant chewy texture. On the plus side my husband enjoyed his lasagna.

Looking for quick dinner after Troy kid state fair. Was in a caloric deficit for the day and wanted something fatty and boy was this great. Perfectly baked chicken Parm on top of a bed of spaghetti with alfredo. Cheesy. Fatty. Savory. Two pieces of toasted bread. Hit the spot. We did eat in but just know if you do that there is only about two tables and depending on the time will be a line of people which could make for a less than perfect dining experience in this small hole in wall Italian restaurant. Service was good given how busy they were.

Food was okay, the caprese flatbread was very good. Management might want to change the boxing for a few take out items, the aluminum box with plastic lids become overheated & melt the top plastic into the food so you're stuck picking broken off pieces of plastic from your food.

Great food, reasonable prices, and friendly service. If you're looking for good takeout, this is the place.

Super good and creamy! Loved the carbo load after the gym, really hit the spot. And had a good amount of chicken along with cheese. Cant ask for more!
