We ordered a carryout for the first time. The staff was very nice when we called to order. We were told it would be 50 minutes before the order was ready. When we arrived to pickup our order we were told it would be another 30 minutes before it would be ready. They were extremely busy and many people were waiting. The restaurant was beautiful but blocked off so you were unable to dine in. When our order was ready we headed home and opened up our carryout to piping hot food. We ordered crab ragoons, comes with 6, which were very good. The crab filling was very creamy and a little different than the usual. Sadly, our general tso chicken was hard and overcooked. The beef lo mein noodles were delicious, but there was little to no beef in the dish making it hard to even call it a beef dish. We wanted to like a new Chinese restaurant, but sadly this place was not for us.

Ordered carry out 6/23/2020 First time trying this place. Order Vegetable lo mein noodlesWith egg roll and fried riceAnd pint of woton soupI was told 35 mins I showed up 37 mins After I called. My order took 55 mins. I understand it's covid and busy. So I asked did you put plum sauce in the bag for my egg roll he said yes. I get home no plum sauce. Yay sat in lobby for 25 mins and no plum sauce. Okay so I open the soup pour it in a bowl sit down to eat it. I take a sip of the broth and it's very bland almost taste like water. I go to eat a woton and I see BUG! So didn't eat that throw it down the sink. The egg roll was okay tasted more like cabbage so ugh not good. The vegetable lo mein was good but mostly tasted like butter noodles honestly. Fried rice it came with you could tell it was old. Honestly was freaked out the whole time I ate my meal. Resturant was very nice and elegant. Good prices but I will not be going back.

you have to wait for hours. very rude staff. the food is pretty decent. that's why we keep going back but the last time took 3 hours and 8 minutes, was told45 minutes. Sat and waited and the woman was rude and unapologetic.

Well tried one more time .... Not the same Gim Ling. We ate there all the time before covid. Egg rolls are horrible . Guess it's time for a new Chinese place ..... wish them good luck But until they change up they will lose more customers

Sweet-and-sour chicken was ordered. People were pleasant chicken tasted like rubber. The sweet-and-sour sauce had no flavor the worst sweet-and-sour chicken ever had in my life call them up and O had to say it taste good to him I guess but take it from me. That was the worst sweet-and-sour chicken.

I ordered the Mongolian beef. In a quart container filled with onions and carrots, there were 7 pieces of beef. This restaurant used to be a favorite but they are clearly cutting corners. An absolutely inedible meal.
