Gilly's Ice Cream

Overall a pretty positive experience. Friendly staff. Good ice cream flavors - however - *NOT* their own (they are from Guernsey and another local ice cream shop) - so keep that in mind. We tried a number of ice cream flavors and they were good however too sweet for our liking (both Guernsey and the other local place), so we ended with the vanilla soft serve smallest size. The soft serve was so smooth and exactly what I wanted. the smallest size with a soft serve was only $2.50! Very well worth it. Clean store. Perfect way to end the day. Just wish their flavors were their own.

Friendly staff, great ice cream selections with generous portions. Highly recommend if you are a fan of scoop ice cream.

Cute place, lots of tables inside, staff was very friendly!I love that they serve local ice cream, the flavors are always different and fun. Love trying them all out. It was super nice out and we wanted to sit outside, so we sat at the coffee shop on the corner, they have tables outside. Will definitely be back

Amazing service & great selection of unique flavors! They offer an ice cream flight with three different generous portions of ice cream for only $10. Great to share. They also have a cooler with super awesome pre packed pints. I enjoyed their dairy free mocha ice cream & took home a pint of orange faygo flavored. Great for the whole group or fam :)

An awesome selection of flavors and toppings. My son had a caramel sundae and I had the strawberry ice cream. It's a super cute place that's owned by a local family. They even have snacks if you come hungry.

First time here. Been looking for a new ice cream place that also had good non-dairy options. Visited with the family and the place is cute, clean, the people running the place could not have been nicer. The ice cream selections are small in number, but they have a couple of my favorite old school flavors (Blue Moon, Superman) and excellent new ones both their own and some of the more exotic Guernsey flavors you can only get at their store in Novi, so I highly recommend this place.

Hours a strange. Not open during the day when we go to the plaza to shop at Honeybaked or to pick up a coffee. There is a shop practically in the backyard that also has games, outdoor tables and entertainment. Ice cream is local, so that's cool.

Super sweet staff. Ice cream is reasonably priced and very good! Clean place and plenty of tables and chairs to sit. Will be back :)
