So we were in the area buying geeky stuff from a card game shop around the area. We decided to go have a snackie snack with some adult bevvies. This spot is called Garden City Cafe located in Garden City, MI. The place looks nice and the food looked enticing, so let's give it a go shall we.We start with the mozzarella sticks. Perfectly uniformed, giving the indication that it came from a box. It was still good none the less. 7/10!Corned beef egg rolls, same story. I bet these bad boys came out of a box as well. It was also pretty good. 7.5/10The bang bang shrimp, I'm also betting came from a box too. But it's whatever, it was made right and I'll go on ahead and drop a 7.5/10 on these as well.Anywho, if you're ever in the area, I suggest you give this spot a try and enjoy.If you like discovering new places to smash hit that follow button. Five star for food and service. Very friendly, local, unassuming pub. I took the recommendation for the corned beef eggrolls and HOLY COW. Awesome. My guest had a beautiful grilled salmon & veggies that looked amazing & the report was positive. Service was outstanding. Pub was loud during the Saturday night 6pm rush, but I could still hear my guest. That would not prohibit me from visiting again. Highly recommend.

Corned Beef egg rolls were outstanding, pizza was ok, the Margaritas top notch, and the service was phenomenal. Go get ya some!

I've been here a few times in the past 6 months. I've dined in and have had carry out. The food and service are consistently good. The young man who works the host stand in the evening is always a delight. This evening, for our carry out order, we accidentally ordered boom-boom shrimp- I meant to order the bourbon shrimp skewers. When I opened the box I was disappointed when I realized my mistake, but the boom-boom shrimp was really delicious! The sauce had a good kick, but not overwhelming and the shrimp were cooked perfectly. The ribs are crispy in the outside while being fall off the bone tender! They're pretty close to perfection!We also had a Greek salad. Every time I order a salad I have random modifications and they alway get them right! All of the veggies are fresh and cold and properly prepped. Oh, and they have the BEST tomato bisque!The exterior doesn't look much, but I would describe the interior as warm and inviting with a full bar. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth checking out!

I love this place. They have a nice Michigan salad, salmon, chicken tenders, chicken noodle soup and also great brunch/breakfast options. Always great service when I go here. Definitely recommend if you're in the area.

Nothing too exciting about this place, I think it's right around pub food. The service adds a star.I had the crazy goud grilled cheese and a side of mash potatoes. 3/5. The potatoes were actually better than the grilled cheese.Bf had the house burger which he said was decent.

I have been to this place countless times for both breakfast and dinner, and they continue to surprise me every time. I think people really underestimate this place. It looks like a small little diner spot on the outside, but inside they've created a great ambiance with really outstanding menu. Dinner food is a bit pricey, but the portions are very generous.

Stopped here for a late dinner with a group. Hostess was pleasant , sat us quickly and brought drinks. We ordered the Michigan Wrap with fries, Sriracha Chicken sandwich with fries, Cajun Chicken Quesadilla and a California Burger with fries. Most everyone enjoyed their meal. Fries were great. Ordered the California burger medium, unfortunately it came well done and dry. Plus was that it came with avocado, looked like a whole small one. Server checked on us often and refilled our drinks.

SURF AND TURF...Hard Pass.Salty and fishy. Over cooked.Definitely not worth the money
