Gather + Grounds

Finally made it here after it's been on my radar for a while and it didn't disappoint. Nice large sitting area, which would be a great place to have a meeting such as a book club. They have fresh baked bread, muffins, croissants. I loved my almond croissant. My iced matcha latte was good. I was impressed that the workers came around to make sure we were doing good after we had our drinks and food.

Decently good coffee and lots of space to sit, I tried the lavender latte with oat milk and the lavender flavor was a bit bitter/not very sweet so I recommend adding some extra sweetener. The sign for the shop was not visible from the road, so just look for the brightly painted building with a mural on the front.

I loved the fact that everyone who works there are mostly special. Needs. The sandwiches are awesome and made with so much love. I haven't tried everything. But their coffees are great too. So give them a visit and show some love. The service is excellent. Too. Jimmy johns has lost a. Customer. This is the place to go for sandwiches or anything else. I love how inviting it is too everyone is so friendly it is very warm and comforting to walk in to. Great atmosphere. Their cold drinks and pastry are good as well

I'm in love with this new coffee shop! Everyone here is wonderful and friendly! I got the indigo tea iced and it's this beautiful purple color with great flavor. The quiche and bacon egg cheese biscuit are very tasty and the other baked items are great! They are partnered with the rising star academy, where they get all their baked items from! It's a business with a great cause at heart, so I just had to show love and support it!

The staff were very helpful and prompt. The aesthetics of the place are beautiful and the patio is amazing for small kids or if you're looking for a coffee biergarden experience. However, the coffee isn't good. It's similar to a lot of Charleston dining: vibes and insta-worthiness (with unreasonably high prices) prioritized over food that tastes good.

If you are in the Center Line area, stop by Gather and Grounds. We only had lunch, but it was excellent. The Italian sub was on a fresh sub roll with tons of Meat and cheese and plenty of toppings. The lavender lemonade is excellent as well. Will be back to try more of the menu soon!

Great place for breakfast or lunch. Love the combination option they have. Also, gluten free bread or bagels! Lavender Lemonade was good and well balanced!

What a great place!!! The gluten free peanut butter and jelly was unexpectedly AMAZING. They grill it so it is nice and warm, soft & crunchy. My dad had the corned beef Reuben. He loved it. I also had the lavender lemonade. SOO good. Everyone was so nice. We will definitely be back to hang out and bring our laptops and stuff.
