I ordered a cheeseburger no pickles, no mayo. Get to work to find out that I only have lettuce, ketchup and maybe mustard on my burger. No tomatoes, no onions? What's the deal. Well here's an update!!!! They still can't the order right. I asked for chili cheese fries with squeezed cheese. I even had them repeat the order. This what I got. I was starving so I ate it anyway but as you can see NO cheese at all

Poor customer service. I fail to understand how some service workers have nasty or unprofessional attitudes. I called in an order and when I arrived I asked to remove the bottled juice. The female worker looked at me and laughed at me. In that moment, I was confused. What's so funny about the request? At any rate, I canceled the everything (I ordered a breakfast sandwich an a bottled OJ)Prior to that visit, I ordered two items, a chicken pita and an order of chilli fries and they put everything in one container as if it was a combo. Why would you do that??? That's not how I ordered and the items were going to two different people. Don't make assumptions, ask questions. NEVER going to this ghetto place again. Bring back respectful workers and I'll return my patronage.

The American decent Galaxy Coney Island has working for them as of 3/4/2024 is a disgrace. The cook and cashiers need to be FIRED. Their customer service is at an all time low. They make mistakes and don't correct them, they're disrespectful to customers and then call the police to have customers removed for speaking up or defending themselves for being disrespected. They don't remake your order even if it's the cook or cashiers fault. I experienced this exact thing this morning when I ordered, " well done hash browns with grilled onion, tomatoes and feta cheese." My total was $7.93, when I received my food through the drive through it had chicken added to my order (which I didn't order because I don't eat meat). When I brought the food back inside, the cashier Angel at the front counter was very rude when addressing me. I told her my issue, she went and got my receipt (from the drive through register), read off my order to me (which was exactly how I ordered it WITHOUT CHICKEN), checked the food inside the box and seen it had chicken on it, which I didn't order. I asked her was they going to remake my order and I was told NO. The black male chef said he wasn't remaking my order because he didn't want to and for the cashier to give me a refund and stop talking to me. The chef was about to come from behind the counter because I told them I'm taking pictures to show the owner. I wasn't provided a receipt because they didn't want me to have proof. I feel as a customer patronizing a business if a mistake is made on the business side it should be corrected, that's the main part of CUSTOMER SERVICE. Without customers patronizing an establishment, you don't have business, you don't make money. I hope to see the owner tomorrow (3/4/2024) at 8am or someone over these distasteful, disrespectful, rude BLACK people working at this establishment. Something need to change and had that man came from behind that counter it could've ended badly. I'd NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE AND NO ONE ELSE SHOULD EITHER. I rate this place a 0!
