Fusion Flare I s an ok spot. It's local and looks nice on the inside. A bit pricey for the portions but hey I won't complain. Check it out you just might like it.

Second timer here, and food was amazing! Shrimp and grits had that Cajun flavor that can't be beat. Always greeted with a smile, and friendly atmosphere. Love the 1940 old blue collar bar! Thanks again

Came here with my girls on a Friday evening. Our waitress was super cool. The music was full of culture. And the place was chill. We were surprised at the light foot traffic of this place. Not very crowded at all. We started off ordering some delicious drinks. Everybody was satisfied with them. Then we ordered entrees. The catfish is wonderful ; nicely seasoned, evenly battered, perfectly cooked. Everything was fresh and piping hot when our plates of food arrived. Some cons I noticed was that all our plates of food came out at separate times instead of all together. Maybe like a few minutes in between so nothing major. But what sucked was that they close at 9:30pm. So the kitchen closes at 8:30pm and the bar closes around 9/9:30pm. That's really early. I wish a place like this with good food, good music, and good vibes stayed open longer.

Laid back spot with friendly staff. The few times I've visited, my food has been hot and fresh, and my strawberry lemon drop is always on point! It's always a plus that this is a Black-Owned business.

The food and customer service was excellent. I loved the atmosphere and music was nice. I ordered the grits with catfish and YES IT WAS SO GOOD!!

Whenever I go home to Detroit this is a spot I like to visit. This place is very nice and laid back as soon as you walk through in they greet you. Nice older crowd good music playing in the background. Nice date spot also. Drinks and food definitely on point. I have done a brunch and dinner. Wing are nice and crunchy, the green and Mac and cheese was okay, but they had more options. You just want to kick and enjoy good company good spot to visit.

My daughter recommended this place to me because I love good food no matter the cost. I figured that I would give it a try. I don't know if I would call it a fusion of food but it was GOOD and a low cost. I grabbed food before work. I figured I would try the greens (and I don't order greens at anyone's restaurant-because I'm a southern girl and this is Michigan). I thought they were good and I would order them again. I had the catfish, yams and greens for 18 dollars!!! It was totally worth it. I will definitely be back when I have time to sit down for drinks.

Brunch food was on point. Grits, waffles, chicken, and catfish. All amazing. Service was top notch and the energy in the place was fun and joyful. Totally worth trying. We will be back.

Food is excellent, service is great, ambiance is good. I enjoy this place every time I visit. I haven't had a problem or bad meal since I've been there. 5 stars
