Five stars for service and the steak special! Terry is a great server and fun to talk with. Tuesday night steak special along with $3 wine...you can't do better than this! We've always enjoyed Firehouse but tonight was extra good! We will definitely be back soon.

The service was fine but they were understaffed and over worked. Its a a basic bar. The food was terrible. The burgers were awful. Medium was well done. The juicy Lucy's didn't have cheese in it. The bash burger was not as expected. The service was doing the best they could. They were nice and understanding.

Went here for brunch the other day on a Sunday. Happy to say it was the right place to go! All you can drink mimosa and Bloody Mary bar with amazing bloody fixings to include shrimp and of course, bacon. Got the chance to try the fried PBandJ with strawberry! Molten peanut butter is amazing in a breaded crust. We also had the breakfast egg rolls dipped in gravy... wow!I may be a heart attack waiting to happen AND I'm incredibly satisfied!!! Go!!

Food was good. Customer service was very acceptable. It was my first time trying the place and from the moment I walked in til I left, I noticed many of the customers there just kept starring at me in an uncomfortable way. Predominantly white customers. Anywho, the place was not bad at all.

Stopped in for lunch and a beer. I ordered the club and it was very good. It had sun dried tomato aioli instead of tomatoes on it a stroke of genius. I'm not a fan of tomatoes in the winter. The sandwich was stacked well. Very fresh also. The fries were good. Got a Dirty Blonde beer nice and cold. Service was good.

The best thing about this place is the fans. If you are there to watch your favorite Michigan team, expect lots of cheers and high fives from others. Other than that -- "it is, what it is". Just ok service and food.

The staff is pretty rude, they def let you know they don't want to be there. The "regulars" are rude to anyone who isn't. Some chick was blocking the door wearing a backpack, wouldn't even move after saying excuse me. Their food is okay, over priced tho. $60 for 1 appetizer (nasty fried mushrooms) , 2 beers & 2 chicken Cesar wraps (these were okay). There's just a lot better places in the area to go.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Stood at the bar for 20 minutes for bartenders to help others in line behind me. Wanted to try this bar for the first time and don't think I'll be able back anytime soon.
