I was in the area and wanted to try a new place so I found Fancy Sushi. It was literally next door and had good reviews, so I wandered in and took a seat. They have a really good menu here with tons of offerings. I went with a sushi roll with Miso soup (my current favorite) along with some pop. The only downside to this place? No fountain drinks, just pop in cans. My server was good and the food was excellent. Prices couldn't be beat either. Another reason I like this place is they have normal hours. Some of the other sushi restaurants in my area have odd hours, and it's annoying. Some are open for lunch, some aren't. Some are still carryout, others have sit down. Thank goodness this place doesn't do that!Overall a quality meal and my bill for everything was $16 and change. Considering how much I got (soup, sushi and a drink) that's actually a good price. My sushi roll was only like $6. woot woot!Will be back if I'm in the area for more.

Great Thai food, good sushi, lovely service. We visited with 5 kids total, and the owner treated us all extremely well. After our big meal, he cut up and brought out a pair of plates of oranges - navel and blood. A couple kids had never seen blood oranges before! So friendly. This kind of personal touch is amazing. The pad thai curry is sweet and tasty. The pad eggplant wasn't very spicy, even though ordered medium - maybe we need to up the spice, or maybe this just isn't supposed to be a spicy dish. On the sushi side, the only surprise was that the "veggies" roll was really good. Rolls like that can sometimes seem like rabbit food, but not this time. Note to self: these spring rolls are deep fried.

Fresh and delicious! What a pleasant surprise to have this sushi restaurant pop up in Lake Orion. We have sampled many of the rolls and have loved everyone. The edamame was great also. It is pretty small, only a few dine-in tables. The service has been excellent the 3 times we have been here. It seems like a family run restaurant and they make you feel very welcome. Truly great sushi that we are happy we found. We haven't had any Thai dishes but I am sure they will be great.

UPDATE: TIPPED THEMSELVES. DO NOT TRUST. ref: grandparents chose not to tip due to the tax and service fees included/noted on site. Receipt was 0.00 at order pick up, and they received a second email confirmation with tip entered. REVIEW: In the area and the grandparents wanted Thai. I suggested they check out this place due to the rating. Items ordered for the family were C5, C6, fried rice, drunken noodles, Tom yum, and 2 mango sticky rice. My partner and I were sent to pick up. First the wait time was changed, which was not a big deal. Upon order pick up, they forgot the Tom yum soup. I sent him back in was told initially the gentleman didn't believe him, but was confirmed afterwards that he was correct. Then we had to wait longer, because it was never made. The rice for the curry dishes was mush. The drunken noodles were chewy. Spice levels were inconsistent, and food was overdone. This is great for 80+ but I personally would not return.
