THE WORST CASINO EVERSo....yes those are poop emoji to represent like other casinos recieved STARRS ya know lol like....Ok??I give BET ESPN SPORTSBOOK 5 SH#TS CUZ THAT'S HOW BAD IT IS.Let me explain...First of all, I only got to use my account for approximately 10 hours before and am still Currently locked out suspended all because I hit a $1500 jackpot and when I went to withdraw, I could not simply because I used my girlfriend's Cash App card. And it wasn't in my name. This conflict caused me only to NOT receive my awarded Jackpot, I was awarded $0 by the way, still to this day. Oh well, so petty and look at the aftermath of how I review them and speak to anyone I know asks about bet ESPN.... I have nothing but bad All bad, horrible things to say all because they wouldn't pay me what I want fair & square.THIS CASINO IS BY FAR THE BIGGEST SCAM & RAN BY ALL CON ARTISTS EVIDENTLY.U WANT A LEGIT FUN CASINO THAT'S FAIR???BET MGMHOLLYWOOD CASINO & BET ESPN ARE FRAUD

Had an experience last night. First time here. Our waitress was great. Great service and very informative about the menu. Helped us decide our dinner. The food was good, and the restaurant bar had a good vibe. Now, the experience. An employee and a customer got into an argument, which caused a big scene. Neither of the two held back and got into an argument. Didn't know what the specifics were as to why they got into an argument, but finally, another employee stepped in to stop the escalated situation. Both parties were stubborn and didn't back off. At the end of the day, the establishment needs to have training to prevent these situations from happening. Also, as a customer, you need to realize that waiters and waitresses deal with a lot of crazy situations and multiple types of personalities. People eventually hit a breaking point, but this is where the training kicks in and good teammates and management. Hope the employee can learn from this, but I highly doubt it. It was their way or the highway attitude at all turns of the argument. My opinion is based on the experience.

I tried to bring my out of town relatives somewhere nice before they headed back home after the holidays, but was completely let down by our very rude, impatient waitress. She even acknowledged her rudeness by blaming it on the fact that they were the only restaurant servicing most of the casino. I failed to realize how that warranted my party receiving lack luster service. I tried to order food to dine in and food to go but doing so highly irritated the waitress and she didn't care to hide her irritation. I never received my carry out order because she basically said she didn't have time. Horrible

This was my first time coming here and I'm glad we went. The service was great and our burgers were delicious too. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and I could barely eat half as it was a big burger. I'd definitely go back again.

Our server had no personality and a terrible attitude.The bar was dirty and when asked to clean it, Felicia (Felisha) handed us cleaning wipes to clean it ourselves. OURSELVES. Of course, she did. And before you ask, yes - yes she was. Don't be like Felicia (Felisha). She never came back to us for service. NEVER. Toussaint another staff member approached us and assisted us with no issue. Also, before you ask... yes, he was black. #MessageHe made our drinks, took our food order, and consistently checked on us. This was my first time here. Heard good things but the initial experience left a not so good taste in my mouth. We ordered --Bang Bang ShrimpBarstool NachosWater with lemonSierra Mist (no ice)Peach LemonadeDon't know that I'll be back again, but I'm glad this experience was redeemed.

If you like casinos and sports this is a really fun place but it is literally a rebranded Buffalo Wild Wings. There's nothing wrong with that but the food is the same and pretty pricey. There is a giant screen playing multiple sports games at once which is awesome and movie theater seating in front with regular dinner tables behind. They are all tall bar seating style tables which I like. It can be a journey to get to the bar through the casino but it is on the second floor and you have to get your ID scanned at the door of the casino. There are parking garages all around but it is absolutely packed on the weekends. Barstools food is your average frozen food heated up but decent drinks and pretty good service. There is also smoking allowed on the second floor of the casino and the restaurant is not closed off to it so it might bother some. A bud lite is $5 and chocolate cake $9.50 for reference. It really is a great spot to watch the game but very commercialized.

Rude hostess and waitstaff. They act like they are doing you a favor. They really need to clean this place up and get workers who have respect and are freindly. As they are not.

The 3 stars go to the food and the host, the waitress was 0/5. Her attitude was horrible from the first interaction, I asked her for condiments and she must've forgot because it took her like 10 minutes to even bring them back after I had to ask her again can I have them.. yeah no. I'd go back but I'll just sit at the bar like I normally do.

Everyone is respectful and bring back this bar back we enjoyed the karaoke in by Mary and Keith Maples. They do a awesome job.

Waited over 40 minutes for a burger. Ended up leaving before it came out. The TVs are nice and the atmosphere is cool but it's not acceptable for a burger to take over 40 minutes on a slow business night.
