Escamilla Amigos

We love the chicken quesadillas! We usually order the quesadillas as a take-out and the staff packs up the quesadillas separate from the toppings to ensure they don't get soggy on the drive home. The quesadilla alone has a lot of flavor and perfectly crisp, but it also comes with plenty of delicious toppings and sides to go along with it. The staff is always very friendly and has our food ready in a timely manner no matter how busy they are. Definitely our favorite place to get chicken quesadillas from :)

Horrible mexican food very small portions as well as hard rice & soggy beans. Idk how they stay in business unless most people out here have no idea what mexican food is. Yuck I'd eat taco bell before this place.

Food is hit or miss as far as taste and quality go. On the days it's a hit, they knock it out of the park and their is nothing better anywhere. On the miss days, it makes you wonder how they stay open. The service is always good but depending on the cook the food you have a 50-50 shot.

ROCK IN MY CHIMICHANGAHonestly, I have been a loyal customer for awhile & they have the best chimichanga's I have ever had. So naturally I was extremely excited when my boyfriend brought me one home for dinner. As I was scarfing down my chicken chimmy, I bit into something so hard that I thought my tooth broke off.... SPOILER ALERT: IT DID. I spit out the wad of food and found a GOD DAMNED ROCK IN MY CHICKEN CHIMMY. If you eat here, make sure you double check your food before putting it into your mouth.And, Escamilla's, ya better pay for my tooth to get replaced or give me free chicken chimmys for life.

Amazing food and staff, of the 20+ times we've gotten food from them it's only been less than perfect once- carry out they forgot something small, a side item, one time and actually called us apologizing and offering to make up for it before we even realized it was missing. Great service and great food for there being very little in the area.

What a surprisingly great visit! We were on a trek to Ortonville and Davison from Lake Orion and in the middle of a busy day of gardening and planting. We decided to stop to get a quick bite to eat and had such a great meal! We had the El Pastor tacos, a plain burrito and a chicken fajita burrito. The chips were good and the salsa had a great depth of fresh flavor to it. The guacamole was like heaven!! Cool and creamy with chunks of avocado that hit the spot. My Pastor tacos were so flavorful and well cooked - delicious! The fajita burrito had fresh peppers and it was huge! The atmosphere is fun and easy. Super place to stop. We'll be back!

First time here. I like the place. Plenty of choices. I enjoyed the beans, rice and their salsa. I had the cheese and onion enchiladas. They were good but slathered in cheese over the enchiladas too much for my liking. Our server was very good and handled our group of ten easily. Sorry I forgot her name. I want to go back and try some other meals. We sat in the dining area separate from the filled bar area so we were able to hear each other talk.

The service was great our waitress was nice. She got everything we needed. The food was okay at best I got the steak fajita. It was okay there was some flavor the rice and beans didn't have any flavor. The chips were pretty greasy but the salsa was great. Overall not a bad place but if your looking for some really good Mexican food I would not come here.

Such great food, every time I've eaten here the service has been amazing. Please try this food if you're in the area, you won't be disappointed
