Amazing cake spot! We get a cake here for multiple occasions and it's always a safe go-to. Always delicious and never disappoints!

Not the greatest of experiences overall. First, when I called i couldn't understand when the woman answered the phone because she said the name of the place so fast, I had to ask "Excuse me... Where am I calling?"Then I was borderline chastised for asking if they made marble cake, cakes.And then the grand finale....I got an overpriced cake that was so DRY & DENSE I was embarrassed serving it to my guests. The "buttercream" frosting was the gritty/sugar style, the mousse center was mediocre at best, and again the 'cake' part was excessively dry and dense. Overall, I've honestly had better cakes from the Meijer bakery at 1/4 the price.

Great bakery for specialty cakes and cupcakes. I've been coming here for years. We have always been satisfied with the cakes .

We enjoy their cakes, but after an unpleasant encounter we decided to go elsewhere.At a nearby restaurant a few weeks ago, an adjacent table had a yummy looking cake that I recognized as being from Elite Sweets. They told me that Elite Sweets sells their cakes at half price during their last hour of business (between 4 and 5) on Saturday. The next time I stopped into Elite I asked, and the woman working the counter confirmed it. Fast forward to today. We were nearby at about 4:30 and decided to see what cakes were still available. A different woman waited on us and, when I asked about the cakes being half price, she scoffed and said "I don't know who told you THAT!" as if I was making it up. (Umm, it was the woman standing next to you.) So, either they changed their policy within the last week (doubtful) or the discount is given selectively; either way, her tone and dismissive attitude were very off putting. I wish businesses would realize that how you make people feel matters. I will certainly think twice before going there again.

I called first thing in the morning on a Tuesday and they were able to get me an amazing cake by 2:30 the same afternoon. The cake was moist, decorated beautifully and they definitely didn't skimp on the chocolate. Will absolutely use again and again!!

We've been ordering cakes from Elite Sweets for decades. Some of our favorites are the Alpine White Chocolate, the Strawberry Shortcake, & the Carrot Cake. Their cakes have been staples for my family during the holidays & special occasions. We can't say enough good things about this company!

Just confirmed sold to new owners it's been one year and this was by far the worst customer service we've ever experienced. When we called earlier to confirm if they had any white raspberry cakes, they advise they would be making some, and when I came in no one greeted me, and, they were on their cell phones. They were all teenagers working looking t said they didn't know if they were making any white chocolate and I asked her if she could go in the back and she looked annoyed and she came back and said they were only making chocolate cake, we used to get a cake here for every birthday. We will never be returning after this poor customer, service and attitude from their front of house staff.

My sister bought me a birthday cake from Elite Sweets like she's done in the past, and this was the WORST cake that I've ever tasted from this place or any other place. It had more icing than cake (that was so dry) and had absolutely no flavor.We've been buying cakes from this place since my sister's wedding in 1992, and recommended them to a bunch of people throughout the years. If this is kept up, I'm afraid they'll soon be a thing of the past.

Black forest cake was terrible. Nothing like Elite Sweets. Would never go back. Bought for my sons birthday and he was so dissapointed. We threw it in the trash.
