Elaine's Bagels Hershey's Ice Cream

First time coming here. Surprised to find out this place is HALAL! They have bagels, bagel sandwiches, coffees, boba teas and ice creams. Wow what a huge selection. And when I went they got very busy. My favourite was the selection of bagels, and bagel sandwiches are very fresh and have a home made feel. bobba tea was excellent too and way better than a lot of local places. The prices are perfect. The place is very clean with ample amount of seat, perfect for a quick bite.I do wish they had more people working, maybe it's a Sunday and they were short staffed.

As I'm standing here, already paid, waiting for ONE item (milkshake) I'm wondering what is the problem & why is this taking so long. Customers after me have come and gone. It dawns on me, on my $7 order, I didn't tip them. This tipping culture is out of hand. No I'm not going to tip u, especially now after standing here 16 min for ONE item. Completely unacceptable. Waitresses, bartenders THEY deserve a tip. These 2 employees did nothing to deserve a tip & pretty sure that's why they made me wait so long for ONE item. Unprofessional.

We had high hopes for a decent breakfast with the family today. After picking up breakfast sandwich for our tot, and a baker's dozen and a couple different cream cheese spreads, my husband made his way home. He opened the smaller portion of the Red Pepper Cheddar Cream Cheese to find a large bit of white and green mold. I spoke with the manager over the phone and he said "all the rest of them are fresh", and "the cream cheese are swapped out weekly."I let him know there was no way to identify an expiration on the tub. He just told me to return the tub.My husband drove back to Elaine's and had to wait in line to be seen. Busy as someone may be, the manager made zero eye contact with him, offered up the excuse that his employees forgot to switch the cream cheese out, and put a replacement tub on the counter for my husband to collect. As someone who enjoys making a variety of cheese- I can tell you that this has been sitting around for at least 3 weeks. I'm just taken aback that the manager took zero accountability and offered zero apology of any sort.

Came here recently since I was craving a breakfast bagel. The lady behind the register seemed nice. Quick with making orders. Ordered "the works" on an everything bagel with bacon. Was pretty good! Egg wasn't that great but I think bc 1. Made via microwave and 2. Needed some salt. The bagel itself was very good. Overall, the breakfast bagel was pretty decent and fulfilled my cravings. Plus, it's $6 (rounded up). Don't mind the price. Would come back :)

First time at this business and I was very impressed with the quality of the food and drink. This business is a bagel, coffee and ice cream centric business offering an nice assortment of fresh bagels, fresh made to order bagel sandwiches, a limited assortment of pastries and desserts and a wide assortment of ice creams.For my first meal here I ordered the Big City Club bagel sandwich and a cup of fresh coffee. The Club sandwich was very tasty and quite large for a bagel sandwich (definately a two hander when eating). The sandwich had all fresh ingredients that included ham, turkey, bacon, American cheese, Mayo, lettuce and tomato all served on a nicely toasted fresh plain bagel (Customer has choice of bagel). Aside from the excellent taste, the bacon was a nice thick cut of premium bacon which is so uncommon these days and yet is the key ingredient in taking this sandwich taste over the top. Relative to the coffee it was a full bodied cup of illy coffee that was nice hot and fresh. Definately a good smooth brew that was worth the trip to business here by itself.Relative to the business itself it is conveniently located on the corner Hayes and 21 mile for easy in/out access. Service during my visit here was both prompt and friendly where the inside offered table dining for eating in and a casual seating area near a fireplace to enjoy your coffee during cooler weather times. Definately a comfy environment to come for a cup of Joe, some good food and a relaxing conversation with friends.Overall I was quite impressed and highly recommend if you are a fan of fine coffee and love all things bagels. This business will not disappoint!

Needed a quick bite to eat and decided on stopping at Elaine's Bagels. The place is cozy and welcoming. A TV is to the right along with a coffee table and comfy chairs. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. So many options - especially bagels! Elaine's Bagels are the best in my opinion - perfectly round with a good crust on the outside and soft on in the inside. So many bagel flavors but my favorite is the cheddar and cinnamon. Got a half dozen bagels to stock up for the week. Don't forget to get cream cheese as well, so many yummy flavors to pair with your bagel.Illy coffee is served along with lots of bubble tea options. Plus Hershey ice cream along with dozens plus of different flavors. The menu board also noted that smoothies would be coming soon. Single stall bathrooms are to the back of the store and to the left. Happy with my bagels and the service was excellent!

Just close you obviously don't wanna be there. Your bagels are not fresh. The store is a shit hole and your food gross.

I didn't realize that this little Elaine's Bagel location had Bubble Tea and had a specialty coffee with menu and prices better than Starbucks. I stopped in for the first time this past week after reading reviews on here and I was craving Boba tea. I order a pineapple fruit tea with strawberry bobas and it was amazing refreshing! They also serve bubble teas with milk, non dairy options, and also blended with ice. I definitely will be returning to try out more flavors of their teas and their specialty coffees like Frappuccinos and cappuccinos. The only thing I was disappointed in was that they didn't sell New York Doggy Bagels like the Elaine Bagel location in Troy. I was wanting to buy some and another reason I stopped in. They sell Hershey hard serve ice cream, milkshakes, and smoothies too. I was very impressed and happy to see that they are open until 8 PM on most days. All the bagel shops I know of close at 3 PM.

Fast and friendly service! The bagels and sandwiches are also phenomenal! The prices are also very affordable. I went in expecting to pay around $25 or so for 6 bagels, 1 1/2 cream cheese containers, and a sandwich, and my total was around $15! Definitely will be returning
