Customer service was excellent! Food was good we ate tacos. Would definitely be back to sample more food item!

This restaurant used to be El patron. New name and new owner, now El Rincon Chilango. The inside has been renovated, new paint, new tables, etc. The staff is friendly. But the food is not as good as it was when it was El patron. The new menu is large and there are many options. I ordered takeout for 4 tacos ($1.99 each); Carne Asada, grilled chicken, seasoned pork and Shredded beef. I received three out of the four tacos. I didn't realize this until I came home to eat my food. There are many other Mexican restaurants in the Pontiac area. I would choose not to go to this one again.

It was delicious and the lunch specials are 6.99 including drink. I miss the salsa bar that El Patron offered, but this is decent enough to frequent.

Overall the staff was friendly, but to pop up in the old location of El Patron I expected more. The torta I had was HUGE but it left something to be desired. On the other end of the spectrum my buddy got a burrito that was small but cost him way more than it should have. All in all it's a mediocre mexican restaurant that our lunch group decided we won't go back to.

Most of the staff does not speak English so it made it very difficult for us to get served. We order at the deskThat seemed pretty straightforward. Then she told us to sit down. After waiting a half an hour we still hadn't received drinks or chip. Let alone our food. We pretty much had to beg for our drinks and we never received our chip. When our food finally came the steak was over cooked and the only salsa that was available to us was extremely spicy. I couldn't even eat my food.

The rice was gross and Over priced. The flautas tasted refried!!! Never again!!! Don't waste your money

i just picked up the most delicious fajitas that I have ever had anywhere ( better than San Diego, Chicago, New Mexico, anywhere in Michigan). Fantastic! The tortilla are high quality and the spicing is potent. Love it! So happy.

Service is rude. There were 3 tables occupied at the time I ordered and they claimed they were too busy to accommodate my order, which was just Baja style tacos with shrimp. I don't comprehend why that was difficult or too much to ask. The order came out wrong, instead of cabbage and cilantro they put lettuce and pico de Gallo on top. Way to ruin a shrimp taco! Will not return. And not so much because the order was wrong, but more so, because of the rude and dismissive service. And to think, I was the one who convinced my group of 6 to go there!
