Einstein Bros. Bagels

I placed an order online so didn't have any encounter with employees. My order was ready on time but when I arrived home I noticed they missed egg in my egg sandwich... really didn't want to drive all the way back for egg...The French toast bagel was ok. I'm not aa fan of their bagels as they put oils in the dough. Prefer Panera and Bruggers as they have much better quality food.

Craved a bagel breakfast sandwhich. Got the Santa fe on everything bagel and 2 egg whites, add capers. The bagel sandwhich was not amazing. Bagel tasted not fresh, slightly stale. The turkey sausage was ok as was the other ingredients but overall a sub-par sandwhich. Service was ok, something you'd expect from fast food. I might try other bagel places next time.

love this location, they're quick with getting you your order and it's always delicious! the reason for 3 stars is because einstein bagels discontinued my favorite item on the menu, the only reason i went out of my way to go to an einstein bagels location... the chocolate chip coffe cake, attached a picture of it

I placed an order last Wednesday (12/20/23) around 6:20am, on Einstein's website. I arrived at the store for my pick up and there was a sign on the door stating "Late open due to building maintenance" I thought, okay, totally understandable I'll call them when they open... In the meantime I checked on door dash and grub hub and both stated that they were open- in my mind I would hope they'd be able to turn off ordering if they knew they would not be able to open at the stated time. I called back every hour from 7am until I finally got ahold of someone at 11:15am. I told the woman I had placed an order online this morning and when I arrived they were closed, she probably received quite a few phone calls regarding this and told me her baker had called in sick and they were having oven issues-I told her I completely understand but I would like a refund. She very abruptly told me to request it on my app. I said, what do you mean? I ordered online, she was definitley getting annoyed at this point and said well we can't do a refund you have to contact corporate. I was confused and asked how I would do that.. She said well if you don't have the app you just have to go online and contact corporate.. this whole conversation I felt like the employee was irriated/frustrated with me. I thanked her and ended the call. I immediately went online and contacted corporate within the next 20 minutes. It has been a full 5 business days since this incident, a full week since I placed my order. I'm hoping to at least receive my refund by Monday. Was it a lot of money? No. Did I expect a substitution (offering to make the order then or the next day) no, but would it have made a difference to how I'm feeling regarding this situation? Yes. I don't have any ill will regarding Einstein and I'm sure I will order from them again but I've sat on this for over a week and thought about other people or companys who may have ordered in the same time frame and wondered if anyone else had a simialr experience. I am willing to change this review if anyone reaches out and if I receive my refund.Melanie

Coffee was disgusting, tasted burned. Farmers something-or-other sandwich was gross. Everything was barely above room temperature, which is not usually how you want your hot breakfast sandwich to taste. Wouldn't go back.

SO SLOWWWWWW. you could be there only customer waiting and you'd be there a minimum of 15 minutes. i've tried this location many times and me and my boyfriend literally walked out after 20 minutes of waiting for a singular bagel. for mediocre bagels and rude staff this place is not worth anyone's time or money!!

I hate to leave negative reviews. If the experience/food is bad, I usually just chuck the loss. However, this is the THIRD incident with this location. 1. The attitudes & quality of customer service is HORRIBLE! (Which should have been an initial red flag bcus if they don't care enough about the customers, how much do they really care about the quality of food they serve to us??)2. For the 3rd time, my order was made incorrectly. Simple instructions were missed as if they just disregard the order details & make the sandwiches however they choose. After gently confronting them about the fixable mistake, I was given attitude and told that "these things happen".3. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, was given (1) sandwich & (1) plain bagel cut in half.This is truly unacceptable.

was craving a sandwich I used to eat down south, they took really good care of me right before close, 10/10 would highly recommend

I think they've forgotten what a bagel should look like. I got a bag of six gourmet bagels and they were all flat - about an inch thick. I called and was told the gourmet bagels are like that. Wondering and remembering better, I looked at the Einstein's website, I definitely saw photos of gourmet bagels that looked like bagels -- nice and thick. Oh, and my daughter and I both called to let them know and were brushed off.

Last chance for this location. Over many years this location has steadily gone downhill when it used to be a dependable stop. No one greets you, no one seems interested to help the customer, lots of people waiting around for orderseven when off-peak. Walked out today without ordering. The Big Beaver location is a little further but better run location.
