My favorites are the cheeseburger, vegan, and corned beef egg roll. I've had other egg rolls and they typically make me sick (I'm gluten sensitive). But, these are fresh, filling and easy on my stomach. If you've seen EggRoll Diva on any news outlet, I can attest that her bubbly personality matches what you see. Always friendly service. I'm looking forward to seeing her expand, hopefully. It's a beautifully decorated food truck.

Yummy in my tummy. I tried a few different egg rolls cheese burger, southwest, seafood shrimp egg rolls and for dessert I had a peach cobbler egg roll. All the egg rolls were amazing. I can't wait to ran into Egg roll diva food truck again..

A+ for charm & energy, I had the Crab Rangoon at Arts ,Beats & Eats & it was not good, , wrapper wasn't crispy, & the stuffing tasted very bland, not much crab flavor or gr onion . Over stuffed with cream cheese. Went in the trash. My friend enjoyed her corned beef Eggroll.

These are the best egg rolls I have ever tasted! I love how flavorful, hot and fresh they are! I love the southwest egg rolls and the corned beef. Definitely will be returning!

I'm always on the look for a good food truck. I've been on the looking for this one for what seems to be forever. Every time I've tried to go, they've either been closed or sold out. When we finally were able to catch up to them, we had one of everything. The cheeseburger, corned beef and crab rangoon egg rolls were all really good. Each one was packed. They definitely were NOT dinky little egg rolls. My favorite was the southwest chicken. It was filled with chicken, beans, corn and other deliciousness! It was served with an avocado ranch that made it super yummy! The peach cobbler dessert was a crispy egg roll filled with cobbler peaches, dusted in sugar and drizzled with a buttery cinnamon sauce. It was as wonderful and sweet as the owner! She took the time to greet and talk with us, as well as, share her great food!

The egg rolls are always good but they are tremendously overpriced. $12 for two egg rolls is a bit inflated and unreasonable due to the normal size of them.

They have amazing egg rolls & are extremely friendly ...every egg roll is fabulous, but my favorite is the crab Rangoon egg roll. They are so big & so yummy, I could eat them every day!

I support small business..but I'm honest when it comes to what I eat...egfrolls are nothing to be exited over, it was runny not filling alt of juice and just not my kind of eggroll what I expected...sorry ms. Eggrolldiva , maybe you'll work on that to be better.

I had been looking for her truck since I saw her on the news, but I was not impressed when I finally got to taste her food. It was just something to eat. I need to stop listening to these news reporters claim the food is so Good.The service was good, but the ambiance of her food truck was disgusting. I am a very particular cook and I find it extremely difficult to cook in an unclean kitchen. It takes me longer to cook because I am constantly cleaning, but she did not seem to have a problem with cooking in filth.

I'm vegan/completely plant based and it's usually difficult to find vegan items on a food truck. Eggrolldiva rocked it out with their vegan eggrolls and sauce. I was impressed and plan to follow them. The owner wears a princess crown. Gotta love that!!!
