Edita's Cakes

First time here. I was in the area and searched bakeriesLOL. There is a very small area with some sliced torts, a 4&6 pack of assorted cupcakes. I bought a variety. The icing on the cakes and cupcakes is almost like a whipped icing. It is very very light but goes so well with the cakes!! I have never had such moist cake. My mother did wedding cakes and I have to say the cake here is pretty amazing! I tried the lemon which was good, not too strong. Oh my the Hawaiian cake was soo good. Three different layers. Was like eating a piña colada! The almond mocha was my fav, no the Hawaiian.... Both! Almond had light flavoring but perfectly done. The chocolate mouse was good and again lightly chocolate flavored. Would I go back, yes I would. This cake is something you must experience. It is not a heavy cake and yet not a sponge cake. Sponge cake is not my favorite cake and this is such a wonderful combination in texture between a regular heavier baked cake and a moist sponge cake? I can not tell you how moist!!! It looked like calling ahead for a number of one particular flavor cupcakes would perhaps be best as the cupcakes were already in boxes of mixed flavors? There were probably 7 cake flavors? Staff was pleasant, only one person working decorating a cake and working the counter. If you are thinking of trying this baker, do it! So delish!

We got a strawberry unicorn cake for my daughter's 5th birthday. It was beautiful and delicious! The price did shock me a little, but considering we've gotten cheap Kroger cakes for her other birthdays, we were willing to shell out the money for a cake from a professional for this milestone birthday. Great customer service with quick responses to our emails! I do want to mention we were able to get this somewhat last minute (less than 2 weeks) because she had a cancellation and I called as soon as they opened the next day.

My favorite cake place!!! Family owned and operated and they are so pleasant to work with. Each cake is absolutely beautiful and tastes even better. They do tend to have many orders so if you plan on ordering, make sure to do it ahead of time! Highly recommend Editas gorgeous, tasty cakes!

Love the rum balls and the cupcakes. Sad that they are not open to walk ins anymore. Friendly staff.

I love this place!! I'm pretty happy is close to home. They have a great deal on Thursdays. You get 4 cupcakes for $5. They're gourmet and deliciously made. Most cupcakes have something inside such as fruits, Nutella, cream cheese. You won't be disappointed.* I also got a punch card

Amazing cakes the flavors are delicious, the fruit and rafello are my personal favorite. Edita always answers questions and responds right away. Her work is amazing and any picture you send her she will do it and goes above and beyond. You really get what you pay or both delicious and beautiful for all occasions.

Edita really took care of us when the baker we originally hired for our 20th anniversary party, moved out of town a MONTH before our party! I found Edita online, and she did not disappoint!! She made 4 cakes for us, each was different, and she knocked it out of the park!! She had them done on time, made them EXACTLY the way I asked (even though I was picky, lol) and they were DELICIOUS!!! She was kind and patient, and listened to every detail, so that I would get what I wanted! Our 25th anniversary is coming up NEXT year, and I will not HESITATE to hire her again, to make sure that our desserts are decadent, and delicious!! Thank you again Edita!!

We order from Editas every year for our company Christmas party. We normally order a variety of cookies and cake slices and every year we are left with nothing!! Everybody loves the sweets including myself.
