Amazing Mexican food, selection and service. The portions are huge. The plating is extra large square white plates that are filled to the edges. Waited a long time to try so they could get any glitches ironed out opening a new business. My experience was great. Glad I finally tried Don Patron. For those looking for an experience with streaming as they dine there are 3 large televisions. The mixed drinks (I.e. sangria & margaritas) are huge. Will be back again. Soon. One minor issue, their salsa needs improvement.

Update. They have been open a year and have really improved on a few items. The salsa now has flavor; yay! They have more personnel so service has improved 10X better. We live around the corner so we are now regulars and have noticed the quality of the food is very good.

Sooo I saw the reviews for this restaurant & I was so nervous to go here! But I figured why not try it because I've been on a mexican kick lately and this place isnt far from me. I've been here twice now and I have a lot to say lol. I'll start by saying that the food isnt terrible honestly. I had the beef quesadilla the first time I came here & thats definitely a PASS for me. It gave me dog food from a can vibes plus there was barely any cheese in it. The grilled quesadilla is a lot better but that quesadilla has chicken in it (which I prefer anyway) and queso on top of it so that helps too. They only offer chicken quesadillas in the premium grilled option which is odd tho. The chips are good and the salsa is pretty mild which im fine with but if you like hot salsa then you might be disappointed. Meaning of disappointed, I got a strawberry margarita because I saw the special on the door for $5.49 margarita for any flavor and that was the main reason why I came a second time tbh. The margarita was actually really good and I drank it all (duh lol) but I was a little annoyed because it ended up being $5.99 PLUS they added a dollar since I got a strawberry one instead of the regular. I told the server about the ad on the door and he was like "yeah strawberry is extra" and wouldnt fix the bill. I liked my drink so I didnt fight too much about it but I'm not a fan of being overly charged for something when the ad says otherwise. Other random things I should mention: The bathroom is only one stall for each gender but I like how the womens bathroom is handicap friendly. My gma needs help balancing sometimes so I know I can take her here and she will be able to use the restroom without an issue. I also noticed that the booths are small and could probably fit 4 adults max (2 on each side) sooo I wouldnt have a large party here honestly. I hope this review is helpful! I would recommend at least trying this place out. It cant hurt. 3.5/5 for me

We've gone here a few times and every time it's sooo good and we leave stuffed! I get the cheese steak burrito! At first I thought it was going to be like a Philly cheesesteak type deal but it's not! It's a burrito stuffed with rice, beans, steak, and onions and then covered in queso. I usually ask for sour cream everywhere I go but this burrito is great without it. How do I know? I order sour cream each time and it's forgotten each time. That brings me to the service. It leaves a bit to be desired. They seem to not come back too often after your food arrives. They are very friendly, however. The ambiance is nice. It's clean looking and clean smelling. Sometimes a little too clean because you can smell the cleaners they use. It's gotten better though since the first time! Definitely try it out for yourself!

We were not planning on having dinner here but we saw it as we drove by and decided to dine in. We got the fish tacos and shrimp tacos. The shrimp and fish were very well seasoned but too salty for our taste. Even the rice and refried beans were very salty. Chips and salsa were good. Not sure if their other menu items are just as salty or if it was just the chef that made our meal? It was very busy on a Friday night and everyone around us seemed to enjoy their food.

We chose this place after calling two others where they said they had a 40 minute wait. We walked right in and were sat right away. We started with an appetizer of guacamole and even though it was tasty, none of us like tomatoes, and there was a ton in the guacamole.For dinner we ordered enchilada, tacos, and carnitas. All the entrees came with beans and rice, the food was tasty. We definitely want to come back for lunch... they have great prices for the lunch menu. The service was excellent and they also serve alcohol.

Large portions with the fajitas. Good service, Deante was our server and he was excellent. No tap at the bar and very cheap tableware. The salsa could have been spicier, or at least have a spicy option. The restaurant is an old Pizza Hut and looks like it. Nothing bad to say but nothing special about it rather. I should say every dish tht went by (we sat at the bar) looked great.
