Dolly's Pizza

I have a love/hate relationship with Dolly's. I love them because they have delicious pizza. I am a bug fan of their gluten free cauliflower crust, its healthy and yummy. They also text out specials which are usually a great steal. Here is the downside of Dollys, they ALWAYS screw something up. Like literally, every single time! They have "lost" our order, given us the wrong food, delivered to the wrong house and once we waited 2.5 hours for our food! So while they can make a good pizza, they need to get their act together in the delivery and execution department! The managers always seem completely unphased by the mistakes also.

$7 for a wrap including one piece of turkey, one *nasty* piece of bacon, old lettuce, tomatoes, and onions that I ask to not include. Thanks! Glad I chose Dolly's instead of ANYWHERE else to order food. Idk what happened to this place but it's gone to shit

Ive been ordering pizza from here for the past 8 months and it's the best spot around. Great pizza, friendly staff, and great service

Just moved to Michigan and everyone told us we had to try Dolly's. Wasn't disappointed. Pizza was very good as were the breadsticks. I forgot to add ranch to my order and didn't have more cash, and the very nice young man working offered to just buy it for me! Of course I declined and just put it on my card, but a great gesture nonetheless.

It's a great pie in a sea of below average pizzas. We tried the deep dish and traditional pizza tonight and really like them. Just when we had pretty much given up on pizza near us we think we've found a place we can keep the leftovers and not have to pitch them because it's so terrible.

Great pizza if you can get ahold of them! It's almost impossible!! Used to be a good business but now, they never answer their phone and when you make an order on line, half the time they are closed.

Tried this pizza again for the second time I can't tell you the last time I got a piping hot pizza and it was great and they have the best bone in wings

I ordered a ham and cheese sub/grinder and it was the BEST I've had. The bread was grilled and not doughy, the sauce was DELICIOUS and they sure didn't skimp on the ingredients (to the point it was a bit messy to eat! LOL!) . The delivery person was fabulous and even wished me a "good meal". I used to think the best sandwich, ever, was Big Boy's Slim Jim, but this is so much better--and bigger! I never knew Dolly's had these until I looked up their menu online. LOVED IT!!

I placed an online order recently. The confirmation email said it would be ready for pickup in 25 minutes. Arrived a few minutes early, was told it wasn't ready yet. No problem, after about 10 more minutes waiting, they almost gave me someone else's pizza. Finally after waiting for 30 minutes or so, the girl says,"seems how you've been waiting so long, do you want a free 2 liter?" I asked what the hold up was, and she said their ovens were backed up. After I had watched at least 10 orders, that came in after I arrived,got filled. In other words, they forgot to put my order in. Finally, after 35 minutes waiting in the store it was done.Oh and everyone, working in the back"kitchen" were NOT wearing masks or they were pulled under their chins. Which I also commented on before I left the store.WORST SERVICE EVER!!
