Dixie Diner

In the past the food was good but today it was terrible. The broasted chicken fingers were clearly frozen chicken fingers- cheap Tyson like crap. The loose meat hamburger was so spicy. The waitress with the odd large eyelashes was really rude.

This is where you want to go for perfect broasted chicken and a seriously good value for breakfast/lunch/dinner. I love the old school, unfussy atmosphere of this place, which nevertheless is clean and tidy. Service is very friendly. And the food is just honest, good comfort food -- which we all need from time to time!

We went to Dixie after seeing that another nearby diner wasn't opened yet and needed an emergency place for brunch. I am from out of towm and not used to the area. Dixie has a DINGY, run-down exterior but a clean interior. The food is like the food you'll get at any Waffle House or Denny's, but the prices here are amazing. AMAZING! I had an ice tea, no sweetener, with an egg white Corned Beef and Swiss omelette with hash browns and cinnamon toast. So much food for only $10! Yummy food and I ate everything. I can't say enough great things about the waitstaff. Our waitress was so friendly and attentive even though you just knew she was likely incredibly busy. Dixie is a nice hidden gem!

My food is always delicious here! Breakfasts are good & the broasted chicken is always good. Gotta get ya some!

Went through drive-thru last night and ordered a club sandwich (no tomato) with coleslaw and a patty melt with fries. The club sandwich was okay, the coleslaw and fries were excellent. The patty melt left a lot of be desired. The bread was not toasted at all, causing the bread to be extra soggy - not a good taste. The meat did not look appetizing either. I have enjoyed several good items from Dixie Diner, unfortunately the patty melt was not one of them.

This is a great place to eat! The service is always good and fast! Clean facility too! Been going there since they opened ! I highly recommend Dixie Diner !!!!

Is it the traditional and extensive menu of excellent diner favorites, amazing breakfasts, lunch, dinner & specials? Or is it the relaxed family atmosphere that makes you smile and say hello to the people sitting next to you. whatever it is Dixie Diner is about to become one of your favorite Go To places anytime of day.Highly Recommend!

Good is great and service is good also. You can come as you are no judgement either . I love the Sicilian. My daughter finally tried the Sicilian and loved it also .

This is the best chicken dinner around! The mashed potatoes are real and the gravy tops them off ! We love the rolls that come with it! The chicken is crispy but juicy! Way better than any competitive chicken! It's a little drive for take out but well worth it!
