6 of us dined here for brunch. The drinks, food and servicewere all amazing.. we especially liked the Salmon Benedict and Veggie hash. Nice area to sit and wait for your table and are close to Campus Martius

I visited Detroit for the first time in over ten years, and multiple people told my wife and I to eat breakfast at the dime store... but that u better get there early if I wanted to actually be able to sit down. We did get in easy on a Monday morning, and I have to say it lived up the hype - we got a little bit of everything, some doughnuts and the recommended duck hash. It's clear why the word around town is you'll be waiting a long time to get in, they do breakfast better than most places I've ever been. Check it out if you're in Detroit!

We went there before our musical, there is convenient parking nearby. There was a 45 min wait, so be prepared. However, the app is very convenient way to keep track of your spot in line.We started with some bacon, parm, and truffle fries. They were very good. My friends tried on the specials and I had a hash. They were both delicious.I def recommend this, but be prepared to wait.

We came for Sunday brunch and had about an hour wait before being seated but we got serviced fairly quick. Even with a smaller space they were able to accommodated a lot of parties. The cheesesteak Benny's were an excellent choice along with the seasoned potatoes. I had the chicken caprese sandwich but it was underwhelming, my bun was soggy and didn't have a lot of flavor. Maybe try a few things on the menu.

I'd been craving a good biscuits-and-gravy brunch, and Dime Store absolutely delivered! Finally crossed this spot off my Detroit bucket list with a memorable brunch experience yesterday.We arrived right at 9 a.m., hoping to beat the Saturday brunch crowd--but it seems Dime Store's reputation precedes it! Even that early, we waited about an hour for a table. Fortunately, they offer a virtual waitlist, so we could wander around downtown while tracking our spot. Super convenient!As for the food: wow. My biscuits and gravy hit every mark! The gravy was rich and flavorful without overpowering, and the biscuits? Baked to perfection. Fluffy, warm, and just the right amount of crispness. I didn't leave a single crumb on the plate. Can't wait to return for round two!

Okay! Okay! Okay! This restaurant was established in 2014. When I tell you this dining experience has been on my to-do list or should I say to-try list for almost a decade. They did not disappoint!The food was outstanding! I loved the Brioche French Toast topped with fresh fruit. I opted to move my fruit to a side plate so as not to cover it with syrup. My besties loved their breakfast selections too.The restaurant was packed for a Saturday morning. Our wait was not long at all. The Chrysler House building where this is located has comfy seating in the lobby while you wait. Note: You entire dining party must be present before you are seated. Dining Downtown Detroit is a wonderful experience. The Dime Store also validates one hour of parking in the parking structure located behind Chrysler House. Bravo to The Founders!I'm looking forward to trying their newest location in Rochester Hills for an after church brunch tomorrow.

The breakfast was fine, but I don't believe it's worth the wait when you have other options in the area (Iggy's for example). I've never been a fan of crowded seating where tables are a foot to three feet apart; especially for breakfast/brunch.

This place is located conveniently heart of downtown Detroit. According my friend, this place is always busy so be prepared to wait. Their breakfast and lunch selection is great. I picked French toast and my friend enjoyed her Veggie Omelette. I know it was little bit early for fries but you have to try their spicy Korean fries if they have it anymore. Check this lovely place out when you are in Detroit !

Excellent food and service!I loved my cheesesteak Benny! The meat was so tender and the poached eggs were perfection. The potatoes were crispy and not greasy.I tried my friend's waffle and side of bacon and they were delicious too. Fabulous chai latte too.They do not take reservations so be prepared to wait on the weekends, especially if you have a larger party. I was with a party of 6 and we had to wait a while, but the lobby of the Chrysler House building is so nice, and they have bathrooms too, so it's comfortable to wait. Nicole was very kind and helpful about providing us with wait time updates, and really tried to get us seated as quickly as possible.Ken took care of our table and he was fantastic! So friendly, attentive, and had really positive energy.Fun decor. We sat by a quote from the character, Leslie Knope, from the show Parks and Recreation.Good vibes all around! I highly recommend.

Great location, you can wait in the lobby of a gorgeous office building for your table. They do not take reservations. They have counter space and tables. The coffee is not great but the food is amazing. They staff is super nice.
