I give this place a TEN out of 5! The customer service was good and the food is AMAZING! I had a pound of shrimp dinner. I ate the food so fast that when I was done, I was looking for more even though I was FULL!!! Shrimp was cooked just right and just delicious!

I placed a call for a pickup order during the early afternoon and the service was great. The associate was friendly and the wait was minimal. My food was very fresh, delicious, and not salty like some other seafood restaurants. I appreciate that they asked me how I'd like my fish prepared given that their catfish filets are humongous! It was worth every penny spent. I also ordered the shrimp and they weren't wimpy--also very well-seasoned. I've been frequenting this location for years and the food quality and customer service never waver. Definitely a top-tier local business. Highly recommended!

While the food is good, the service lacks depending on who's in charge. I drive from Bloomfield Hills (Cranbrook area) almost every Friday and get food for my family. As of late, I'm noticing the tall, heavy light-skinned guy with the Afro is so damn rude to customers. I watched him be rude to one. Then, he decided that because I'm used to HOT food and complained about it being lukewarm, that I was the problem, not my food or his shit talking while I was standing there. No Sir, don't bother to offer an apology! I don't need this shit. I can easily go solicit Miley & Miley or hell, Culver's and not f--- with Black-Owned businesses all together. Especially, this one. You're not the only rodeo in town.

Had a craving for seafood and decided to check out this spot. I am not sure how long they have been open but I am sad I didn't find out sooner. Black owned business with great customer service. Food was fresh, and taste delicious. I ate it all before I could take a apic but I will definitely return again and I suggest you give them a try.

I have ordered fried shrimp here several times previously. Although it is pricy, the quality and taste is great. This last time I called however, the party that answered the phone did not identify the business, i.e., he didn't say Detroit Shrimp & Fish. There was background sounds as if someone answered the phone but I never heard anything. So I said, "hello" and he responded with "place your order". I told him I didn't know anyone was on the line. After placing my order he asked for my phone number and murmered how long it would take to complete the order. I was about to ask a question when he hung up without giving a total for the purchase or thanking me for the business. I hope his first response to the customer does not have any reflection on how the food tastes.
