Ordered the salmon hibachi - made to order, food was hot when I got it. Salmon was a little dry, and the meal only included 3 pieces of broccoli. Taste was meh. One of the cooks, was walking back and forth getting food out of the freezer which was in the front part of the restaurant. He had gloves on while opening & closing the door to the freezer, grabbing food out of the boxes and pushing the kitchen door open. He must have went back and forth 3x. I'm pretty sure he wasn't getting my food because they had already started cooking it. Probably won't be returning

I had the chicken hibachi it was absolute GARBAGE!!! First of all it had no flavor whatsoever, the chicken was dry and chewy, the vegetables had to of been some frozen crap out of the bag!!! My hand to god I took two bites and threw it away it was not even edible!!!

Came to the location at Fairlane Mall and it was HORRIBLE!!!!! My daughter ordered the salmon bites combo and it was $23...fine. But AFTER we paid and sat down for a while we were told that they didn't have salmon bites had to give us COD! And didn't offer us any type of refund. Salmon and cod are not comparable. Then we were supposed to get a drink. The guy at the front left and didn't give her the drink. Terrible service overall. Will NOT return.

The only place to open at the time, I decide to order food when getting off work. I have multiple issues with this restartant. I ordered the baby boil and with this it was supposed to come with shrimp, cluster crab, eggs, corn, sausages, and potatoes and at the time I ordered, it was supposed to include scallops (according to the description). When I received it, it was not packaged correctly and the sauce that was included was running off in the bag. When opening the food, it noticed, there were no sausages or eggs in the contatiner let alone any scallops. I was really looking forward to eating it, until I came across a blond hair in my food and just threw away the food all together because there was no way I was eating it.
