Dearborn Sweets

I had told the young lady how I wanted my custom cake and I said a plain white cake with blue piping on the borders and they give me what you see in the first picture......now why would they embarrass they selves like that. The gold is the same size as the piping mistake number 1 and mistake number 2 nobody said to make it tiny like that....that big cake and all u see is a small line basically of blue like that doesn't even look right and whoever did that should've known Mistake number 3 everyone knows when u hold a cake it needs to be thumb sized I couldn't even take the cake outta the box as u can see in the first picture u see a little gold which is what the cake is sitting on now....come onnnn idk who did this but they need to be fired like really and I went back to say can they fix it and bc I'm not about to leave unsatisfied when it's custom and when I had told my sister to pick it up for me they had the nerve so make her pay extra???? Excuse tf outta me???? Y'all messed it up made it ugly not my fault I know how a cake should look and you don't! So as u see the second picture ignore the decor on top but that's how I wanted it It's so crazy how a cake decorator don't know how to do their job I know about how it should look more then them.....when I brought the first one home everyone was looking like what even is that....that looks so sad but thank god someone with half a brain fixed it and that's how it should've came out and see how the gold plate it's sitting on has more room vs. the other first picture but the fact that they made my sister pay has me pissed and they lucky I didn't go up there bc that's bs learn to make a cake everyone here such scammers that's their way of living and that's sad may god be happy u take peoples money and u go to Heaven

Best Arabic bakery in the Dearborn area hands down. They Always have fresh pastry's and they always know how to keep their customers happy. The staff is something else they're the sweetest and the most hardest working women out there. They thrive to make you happy and make sure you leave smiling. Avoid other places. The sweets are the best they aren't too sugary and are amazing. Come here and avoid other places.

Best Arabic bakery along side Masri in my opinion. Service was great, the ladies kept apologizing for short staff and long wait. They don't have a huge selection but everything is good beside their fruit tart. Their fruit tart looks like it is from a grocery store. If you don't like Arabic sweets then their cakes are great too and cheap

Really good sweets, friendly staff helped us pick as we are not that familiar with middle Eastern sweets. Everything we got was excellent. Definitely will return next time we are in Detroit.

I went here to get a birthday cake for my mom, and the worker was so nice! She even asked if I wanted to write anything on the cake, and it was done very quickly! The cake that I got was a strawberry shortcake, and it was very delicious. I definitely recommend! All the other cakes and desserts looked so good too, I will definitely come back to try the others.

Absolutely love their cakes & desserts!! I get my husbands bday cake from here pretty much w year, without fail the cake never disappoints. The bakery has excellent customer service as well which is always a plus. Ten out of ten hands down.

My husband works for a large company and for Christmas one of his bosses gave him a box with different types of Baclava. It is similar beyond delicious, I just tonight ..... Christmas Eve said as we are finishing it off, I would get this again and again. I would ship it to everyone we know. So, I went online and after trying and trying to access the website I decided forget it. Impossible!!!!I am a little concerned about some of the horrible reviews so I am going to drive and check it out. The variety of Baclava is awesome and delicious.

This is the worst birthday cake I have ever received. The decorations were terrible, and the piping was uneven. We told them we wanted dark chocolate on the outside with gold decor and got light pink and cheap SUGAR flowers. This is supposed to be a cake for a 24 year old girl. We paid over $55 for the cake and overall it was so NOT WORTH IT. Even the cake on the inside was mushy and inedible. Horrible service and product -- will NOT be coming again.

Might be the friendliest bakery I've ever been in! They have a spectacular selection of treats and we ended up buying six slices of cake, lots of cookies, and some of their specialty fried dough items. Everything is fresh and tastes just as it should. The anise cookies are everything they should be. What a great place!!!
