Came here for breakfast Friday and Saturday morning.Friday with a group of 5 other people.Friday it took a long time for the food to arrive after order when inquired about the length delay, was told it was due to the large order.The steak and cheese omelette was okay at best, the pancake was tough on the outside. Men's bathroom was Disgusting.The females in our group stated the their bathroom was Disgusting as well. Saturday we came here with a group of 4, service was better and wait time for food was better than Friday. Breakfast food was okay at best. My main gripe is with the condition of the bathrooms, if the bathrooms are dirty and unsanitary due to heavy traffic use and or poor housekeeping, what does the kitchen look like ??

I hadn't been here in quite a while. This is a nice little place where you can get breakfast lunch or dinner. They have a really solid breakfast menu and a good lunch and dinner menu that consist mainly of sandwiches plus items such as meatloaf spaghetti and hamburgers. Everything I've had on the menu is very good.I noticed this time they also have a TV on the wall that provides local advertising and the occasional really inspiring quote.The place has a nice simple homey feel to it it is a really good choice for anyone at any time of day

Food was good, not so much for service, was asked if I wanted more coffee and it never came, server walked past me with the coffee pot three times and never refilled my cup. The place was very clean.

I've only had the breakfast here, but it was very good. My daughter loves the pancakes but I find them a bit too sweet for my liking. Otherwise, it's good quality food at a decent price

Our first trip here - July 2021. This place is very clean. Seating is not "social distanced", but you're not on top of each other. No masks worn by staff or other customers - we aren't wearing a mask (we are vacinnated). It's very hot today, and the temp inside is perfectStaff is very friendly. Looking around, good looks good. Ketchup, salt & pepper, jellies and honey, coffee creamer (various flavors), and sugar and substitutes - all on the table, full, and clean. Starter salad is fresh - onions, tomatoes, croutons, lettuce. I got an omelette with buttermilk pancakes and toast. Everything was good, but typical of breakfast. My husband got meatloaf and mashed potatoes, broccoli, and garlic bread. I guess it was good since his plate is clean! He mentioned that the potatoes were real, good amount of gravy, and the right saltiness. We will definitely stop here again when in town.

Ordered take out from this restaurant and was not asked if I wanted syrup for my French toast, jelly for toast, salt, pepper or ketchup. Things that always come with an order. All because I didn't tip the lady. I don't tip the workers at the drive-through in any of the restaurants so why do they think there any better the tip is optional so I don't believe that the service should reflect the fact that I did not tip. I have lived in this area for 15 years and this restaurant always give me my condiments. Now I will second-guess if I should buy food from this restaurant again.

I wanted to share what happened on 2 separate occasions at Day Break Cafe. It has me concerned how the owner is treating the waitresses with all of the "rules" there. This morning I was delivering a door dash order. The customer messaged me and asked if I could add some ketchup. The staff refused to give ketchup and said the customer has to pay for that. Pay for ketchup with a carry out order?On Veteran's day I had a bad experience as well. It was a Friday night a hour before close, hardly any customers. I took my grandpa with mobility issues to celebrate Veteran's day and was told we weren't allowed to sit down until the whole party arrived. The waitress was right there when I called my mom to verify she was in the parking lot. Yes, there are seats at the hostess stand but when you have mobility issues its hard to keep getting up and down. Again, was told those are the "rules." I have never been treated like it's boot camp at a restaurant before. I've also waitressed for years and am shocked from both of those situations.
