Crestwood Lounge

If you are a red-blooded male, you will likely be a fan of this place. The waitstaff is bikini or otherwise very skimpily dressed. However, they also have a decent menu with lots of sandwiches, some named for cities in metro Detroit which I always found kind of entertaining. I often look at it and sit there trying to come up with better, funnier versions of sandwich ingredients for the cities, or other cities not listed. I haven't had a bad meal in there. Very basic food but it gets the job done. I think they have steak & stuff too, though I have never tried their hot meals.The bar itself is a bit of a dive but the server-chicks are almost always friendly and not overly fake or too ditsy. And, any time I've been in there, they're hot to some level more often than not. You know how some people should just not be sporting a bikini in your face while you're trying to eat? Well, here they don't seem to have that problem. I haven't seen a butter face in there either yet.Quick service, average drink prices. Don't be afraid to come in here if you're female, they don't bite. Some bars with hot chick waitresses have this "I'm hotter than you so I treat average chicks like doo-doo because I assume you won't tip" attitude thing going, but I haven't found that at Breastwood,,,,,, I mean - Crestwood ;)Juke box music, and life-size statues of Jake & Elwood Blues are Crestwood's claim to atmosphere and decor, LOL...but the sound system is good anyway! Give it a whirl!

Plymouth Road has a number of these shot-and-a-beer bikini bars that cater to the shop rat population of this industrial corridor. The "Breast-wood" is one of the best of its type and these dives are NOT all created equal. I've been thrown out of most of them, so I should know. Food's cheap and people order it.

I feel like I need to make an excuse for coming here, so I will say that it is one of the few decent burger places near my office. That takes credit cards. And has women in bikinis serving the food...BUT saying you go to the Crestwood for the food is like saying you read Playboy for the articles. Sure, it may be largely true... but really, it's Playboy. And there are... other things to look at...The Crestwood is the same way. The food is usually very good. The burgers range from good to great (especially for the price). The beer is fairly cheap. And the girls are... well... sometimes I don't want to read the articles.All in all, it's a very very very low key place to get a good burger. If you don't expect too much from the service quality, you won't be disappointed; it's usually a very long lunch, because things can be a little slow at times.If you go there expecting to be blown away by 5-star service... maybe it's time to put down the Playboy and pick up a Forbes.

I work in the area and have been here a couple times. The food has been OK for the most part. The girls are nice and they wear next to nothing. Today though I ordered their nachos. It was tortilla chips with melted cheese, a cut up hambuger, some lettuce, a tomato slice and melted plastic. Literally lumps of melted plastic in my food. The waitress paid for my meal herself as the manager wouldn't comp the meal. Like I said the girls are nice, but neither I nor my coworkers will be going back anytime soon.
