Cosmic Burrito

Shredding Beef Burrito sooooo good !! A++++++ service, super friendly people, pinball machine!! Come on PINBALL!!!So much tequila to choose from. People behind the bar were good folks, just a cool neighborhood cozy bar.

Perfect experience! Pablo delivered on great, fresh food and fun! His team had us in stitches as they served and the food was raved about! We hired them for a graduation party at our house. The customer service and communication was exceptional. The price was not only fair, but for the serving sizes and quality, I thought it was a bargain. I wish I had more events to host just to bring him and his team back! Highly recommend!!

This place is awesome! Great food, friendly staff, fun atmosphere. The theme of the place is a fresh and welcome addition to the community. Like stepping into Area 51 with tacos and tequila but with less men in black or probes. Arguably the most interesting burrito menu north of the border. Great place to eat and observe the indigenous lifeforms while you wait for your warp manifold to recharge.

The food is really good and affordable (comparatively speaking). Ask the owner (Pablo) about the "Cosmic" theme. Not a long story but It's worth the ask. It's a small local watering hole that's worth repeat visits. If not for the food. The ambiance.

This place opened during Covid in an old dive bar, so I give these folks props for starting a restaurant during such a difficult time. I don't spend much time in Redford MI and I would generally not get Mexican Food in a dull suburb (Southwest Detroit and Downriver are usually best for Mexican, especially if you want "authentic") but I do visit the area twice a year.Their prices are what I would expect if I was in the Bay Area. But at least the overpriced San Francisco Burritos are good (here's to El Papalote!) The food is incredibly bland. But hey, it's in a bland suburb. For those of us who like non-bland, lots of salsa is usually helpful. When we went to pick up the overpriced burritos, we asked the staff person if they had given us salsa. "It's in the bag!" we were assured.There was no salsa in the bag. Unless you want a beer with your tasteless burrito, skip this place and go to Taco Bell. You will get better food and they won't forget your salsa.

Unfortunately I was not impressed with this food truck. I really had such high hopes. The descriptions of the food sounded very delicious. I had the shredded beef burrito. I thought it would be very cheesy, the menu talked up this yummy cheesy experience. I also ordered it with sour cream and jalapenos. It was fairly large, but I finished it quickly and was still hungry. It tasted mostly like dry beans. I could hardly taste the rice, beef, or cheese. It was odd that is tasted so dry since I added sour cream and it had salsa, but there was such little sauce, it did not make a difference. I think your typical fast food burrito may unfortunately have more flavor. I was fairly disappointed.My child got the chicken burrito and had leftovers which have been left uneaten in the fridge, which is not a good sign, since we love leftovers here. We were also very disappointed that they did not have any chips and queso or space sticks, AKA churros. I think they forgot them at a different event, or forgot to bring them. Many people in line were very upset as well and vocalized it. Oh well. Perhaps it was not their day.

We had a great time here! The staff is super friendly (even at 4 on a Friday) and the food is amazing! I took the kids there to try the burritos (they had a food truck that came to my job a few years ago) and they loved what they got. I didn't realize before we dined in that their tequila bar has 49 different kinds of tequila! Will have to come back for more than just a margarita (which was on the rocks with a sugar rim and mixed perfectly!!!). Definitely worth a stop.

The owner is soo nice. I've been here many times and he kind of waits til you get there to finish the food because he wants it to be fresh. It doesn't hold you up more than a few minutes and shows he cares.

I've been here multiple times in the past 3 months and I must say, this place has consistently provided great service, and excellent food. It it a must go to if you're craving authentic Mexican cuisine. The ambience is a fun take on outer space food. The vibes are always so welcoming and friendly. Definitely recommend talking to the owner, he's a great host and an even better cook. Please give this place a go, you won't regret it!

A dive bar with a fun theme and enjoyable food! We enjoyed the Black Sabbath playing, as well.
