Tonight was the second bad experience since the end of October. In October we had a birthday there for 6 and after we were there for over a hour and 10 mins before they even took our order. I finally had to asked can we order?Tonight (Black Friday) my friend and I went wine tasting and decided to have dinner. We put in our reservation and asked for the bar area. They said sure it will be a few minutes longer, I was fine with it. We got called to get seated. They put us in the main dining area. I don't like it there because it always takes way too long and the service is not great in the main dining area. It's also very cold in the dining a room. When I said we requested the bar area the kid that brought us to our table gave me such an attitude when I asked about it. He was like we don't do requests. I repeated that the lady at check in asked about the reservation and on the reservation form it said bar area. He was like NOPE! So that was the first thing.Next, I ordered a pear drop martini, they served it in a rock glass. I will also say they were not that busy when I was there. Lots of empty tables. I questioned it because it's usually always served in a martini glass. The rock glass just ruined it for me. My friend ordered her food and said the salmon was so salty and in so much oil and liquids that it was not good. Not a great first impression. My butternut squash ravioli was amazing. We each got a truffle and my friend couldn't even eat hers because it was either old or not mixed well. The dark chocolate had white chucks in it so she left it there. She said it was bad. She said she most likely will never come back. Im not sure what have been going on since the end of October, but it happens again I won't be back.

Order; jambalaya; cheeseburger w/fries; over the border egg rolls(appetizer); and Banofee pie (desert). Jambalaya is aBit spicy but, over all the taste was very bland.Cheeseburger was w/ truffle fries was very good.Banofee pie was heavy on the fudge drip which, over powered the taste of the other ingredients. The service was 5 star and very attentive (three separate servers visited the table). Atmosphere was very inviting; dining however was very drafty . The overall experience suffered as a result of the aforementioned.

We made reservations at 8 and got there a little late. We had a little wait which was fine though. Once we got there it was so nice the ambiance was great . I ordered the flight of 4 with a mixture of all sweet wines and I was not disappointed. I almost didn't walk out of there . My bestfriend and I ordered the lobster bisque as an appetizer, and that was so good it came with some bread too which was a perfect taste. I ordered the gnocchi alla vodka with chicken instead of the pork and she ordered the gnocchi carbonara. Neither one of us were disappointed and we left very full. The bill wasn't as bad as we thought it would be either .

We waited about 5 minutes to be seated at 12:30 New Year's Day. We looked around the little shop while we waited. Our waiter was kind and informative. I really liked my tortilla soup and my partner liked the gnocchi a lot. The restaurant had a chill vibe and wasn't too pricey at lunch. We'd go back on a day we want to walk around the shopping center.

Ordered the $46 fillet and received a tough cut of meat with connective tissue. It most certainly was NOTa filet! Most likely form the tail-end of the tenderloin, at best. I told the manager this and he said, "I wish you would have sent it back so I could have seen it." I told him that I did send it back, the waiter took it. The manager said they do not cut their own filets in house. I encouraged him to talk with corporate or his supplier because someone is trying to sell customers cheaper cuts of meat at premium prices. Whoever oversees the kitchen should be on top of this! The espresso was extremely bitter and sour. The crème brûlée custard was a dark brown color. That's a first for me. Service was mediocre and the place was about 85° inside. We will not be going back.

We came here for lunch and got our table for 4 right away. Decor is nice. They have a wide selection of wines but we didn't drink wine. We got the Brussels Sprouts and drunken shrimp for appetizers and they were delicious. For my main meal, I got the crusted Mahi Mahi and it was also very good. I liked the side mash potatoes that it came with. Service was really good. Our waitress gave good recommendations. Prices were a little more expensive but worth it for the good food.

I come here periodically, but I make sure that when I come I request Melanie S. I usually try to ask for recommendations. She's never steered me wrong on food items, and especially the dessert options. I've always enjoyed the food, but it always makes the experience that much more enjoyable when you have a server who truly enjoys what they do. I'll be back
