Great products, prices, and staff. Having the option to order pick up is wonderful. Shop isn't over the top/in your face, it's comfortable and inviting.

They have the absolute worst people working there they know zero about their products zero about anything. They could not answer a single question. I asked them all dispensaries know if a shipment is going to arrive that day. They won hundred percent get an ETA on when it should be there, but that's also an ETA but I couldn't get anybody in the entire store to let me know if the truck is arriving that day, I called back the next day. They would not let me know if it was arriving that day. every time I'VE HAD TO SHOP HERE Because it's the only dispensary within 100 miles that is getting the drop, and if it's usually a drop where not many dispensaries get it, it's usually very limited in the numbers that it comes in. Every time I have tried to get the product I have called every 10 minutes that day, knowing from the owner of the product that is dropping there he can track where the truck is and when it will be arriving, so when I hear from him that the truck will be there in less than 10 minutes. I call every 10 minutes until they tell me the truck has gotten there. I live less than five minutes away so as soon as I hear the truck is there before they even start unloading I am there waiting on the product then they try to tell me that people on the Internet already made a pick up request, which means they have to hold that product till end of day. The funny thing is I do the same thing and I'm in the store, the truck has not even been unloaded yet. I'm on my phone literally refreshing my search bar for the product. It never hit their website so they straight lied to me multiple times because I've done this three times so far, they let their staff take the product before it even gets put on the website. So on super limited drops were even they get 10 you will not see that product or be able to get your hands on it because their staff will take it first.I'm not sure if it's the owner, but it's a older gentleman there who will answer the phone most of the time and he will do his best to do everything he can for me. If he is the owner, he should not allow his employees to pick up a product Before the customers, especially if it's limited, and there are 10 or so employees working there, he allows them to take the product for themselves and not release it to the customers. What really gets me is they tell me that customers have made a pick up order while I'm sitting in the store while the truck is being unloaded like I mentioned earlier while refreshing the exact product that I'm searching for that never hits their website. So how can you make an order for something that never was put on their website in the first place because their employees take the product for themselves. I know this because I got so pissed one time that one of their employees said well I put #2 to the side for me. I can see that you're upset and I would like to make it right and she offered me one of her packs. I walked right out of the fucking store and I've not gone back since. when is Store is getting a drop they have an ETA on what time the truck will be there. They cannot however call the truck like the owner of the company whose product is on the truck and find out where the driver is and how close he is to the store and exactly what time he will be there. I understand this, but they won't even give me an ETA on what time they are told the truck is supposed to be there. It's an ETA so it's not gonna come at that exact time. It could come hours before or hours later, but will always get there that day. I deal with smaller dispensaries that I've asked some of the biggest growers in the game and some of the smallest to please send product to certain stores, because they live so far away from me that they usually just make drops within 50 miles of their area. Every other dispensary I deal with as soon as that product comes in they will call me personally and let me know it's there and they will even hold one for me or hold all of them for me if I would want them to. I don't believe that's right so what I do is I go on their website and I make a pick up order so that I know that product is locked in for me, or if somebody comes in trying to buy it first, because they got there as it just arrived and got put on the shelves, but was not put on the website right away because most dispensaries only update their website once or twice a day. So 99% of the time when they get their new products in their website is not updated immediately, so what they will do knowing that I want the product and I will never take all of what they get even if they only get two jars of the 14 grams of flower or the 7g of flower. I would only take one even though I want both very badly. I'm not greedy but Cloud has hands-down the worst customer service out of any dispensary I've dealt with and I drive sometimes two and three hours to dispensaries to pick up products, so 99% of the dispensaries in my area and I'm not talking about just

I like this dispo more than puff in all honesty. The employees are friendly and the atmosphere is chill. I've ordered deliveries 2 or 3 times and it was an easy process. I did have to wait for 5 hours for one delivery but today I got my order in less than 2. If you're patient I believe the product quality is worth it. I noticed there are no test results on the packaging which is the reason for the 4 stars. I will continue to go to this dispo because I believe they have potential.

I visited quite a while ago and received the worst customer service I've received in any store. I visited again recently, looking for a universal vape pipe. The bartender showed me the type of pipe but would not let me hold it or read the packaging so I could not tell if it was universal or not. I felt as though I was being treated as a bank robber instead of a customer with a question. Twice is enough. This is the most convenient store for me to visit but I will never return.

Cloud is the worst place to order from online especially if you get it delivered. I live literally maybe 2 minutes down the same road that cloud is located on. Every time I order from there it takes hours before it arrives. So today I placed my order online before the store even opened. At around noon I called them. They told me that there was two people ahead of me and that they should arrive within the next 2 hours. 2 hours passed and I called them back where I was told that there were now 4 people ahead of me and that the driver was in Chesterfield and that my delivery would be here soon. How is it that I live so close to the store, I ordered before the store opened and yet my delivery still isn't here? This happens every time. It's not like we are ordering something that takes long to prepare. There's no reason that people should have to wait hours to get their delivery, especially when they live literally right down the road. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

I really enjoy this location. Any mishap has been corrected promptly. Most of the employees are typically upbeat and welcoming. You normally don't have much of a wait time either, as there are plenty of registers to keep customers moving efficiently. The store has come a long way in these past couple years. So if its been awhile, try coming again.

Dan was so helpful it was like my second time here and he showed me all the deals for pre rolls and hooked me up with some really good deals!! and he even gave me some free pre rolls for me and my friend for our first time!! very welcoming environment and everyone was so pleasant, thank you so much Dan!! Would recommend to anyone looking for great weed and great people!
