My first time here and I was pretty impressed. The employee took the time to walk me through the tea and shake combo, how they work together, the benefits etc. and provided some of her recommendations as the shake menu is extensive and slightly overwhelming. I ended up with a small watermelon jolly rancher tea with cranberry aloe and pomegranate energy. I choose a classic birthday cake shake.The tea was pretty sweet but delicious and tasted exactly like a jolly rancher. The shake, too be honest, I was pretty skeptical. I normally hate shakes based in water and not milk but the birthday cake flavor was so potent that I didn't even notice the lack of milk! I stopped in the grab a gift card during the holiday season, and this place isn't in my daily travels but I willdefinitely be back again when I'm in the area!

I was having a wine night with friends in Mt. Clemens but needed something for the morning and since I like checking out all the Nutrition places I stopped at this one on my way. This one is located in a busy plaza off of Cass Ave. I arrived about 15 minutes before closing but was still warmly greeted and discussed the teas they had on special along with the seasonal shakes -- fall specials for two months! Chose a Hocus Pocus tea and a Pumpkin Doughnut shake and brought in my own cups -- both stayed cold overnight and no separation of the shake and the ice.

Very much love this place. I've been to 2 of these "chains" and I enjoyed my experience at CT Nutrition more than the other. Friendly staff, made me feel comfortable, and their tea is now my weekly treat. I can't wait for weekends so I can enjoy!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I have given this club multiple chances and every time I've been in, the workers seem to be bothered that I'm even there. They don't greet you, don't ask if you need help, and give you attitude when you ask any questions. I waited over 20 minutes for 2 teas, and 2 shakes. I was the only person in line, there was no reason for it to take that long. The teas were not even made correctly! The Lift off wasn't mixed or even crushed. I had to do it myself when I got home. I will never step foot in this club again, I'll always make the extra couple minute drive to Macomb County Nutrition because I know I'm guaranteed great service.

I love coming here for my healthy shakes and teas! The staffs are always so welcoming and friendly, and it's all positive vibes! I love how they advertise new drinks for customers to try and they are willing to help you with picking out the best drinks! I would recommend anyone to come here!!

The shakes are amazing, I can't wait to try the teas! The girls are always so nice and very helpful when I make my order custom to avoid certain things my body doesn't tolerate. I usually go pre or post workout.

The shakes and teas are amazing! I have been a loyal customer since they opened and every during covid, their quality never dipped down. The owner is super friendly and personable and it's clear she loves what she does! If you haven't been in, I highly recommend visiting!

Tried this place over and over again. Took a year hiatus because their shakes were always too thin and runny and not worth the money. Well, went yesterday and some things never change. Still runny shakes!!!! So disappointing especially because its the closest place to me. Do yourself a favor and go to Livin nutrition on 23- Shakes are thick and delicious!! Worth every penny!Cant be too hard to make a thick shake but Clinton cant get it right - they had one person Niki and ho was the best she made the thickest shakes and since she left no one makes them well

I love this place! It's a bit expensive buts it's well worth it. You get a lot for what you pay for. I love seeing Nikki and Kayla they're great!
