Cleopatra Mediterranean Grill

Absolutely horrible now run by young kid's, nasty overpriced food. So disappointing. Yearssssss ago, this place used to be my go to for Mediterranean dishes. After 2020, this place has consistently gone down hill. At first it was "hit or miss" but its all "miss". So much so that I went to be bed hungry vs eating my carry out. It's so unfortunate because they used to be so good. Yesterday was my last try, I bow out.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant! The staff are efficient and friendly, the atmosphere is clean and well decorated, and the food is phenomenal. I could live on their bread and garlic spread.

Terrible food. Whoever thinks this is quality middle eastern or mediterranean food does not know how good food can be. Do not waste your time or money like I did. Friendly people though.

Amateur evening on the grill!Ordered take out, 2 appetizer dishes (lamb over hummus and sauté lamb), with both dishes the cut up lamb was tough and hard to chew, disappointing for a restaurant where lamb is a staple dish, get it together Cleopatra!!

Catered Mother's Day dinner from here. The food was pretty good, but I discovered the sticker was left on a piece of cooked green bell pepper when I went to enjoy leftovers the next day. Also saw one of the staff flipping the bread with no gloves on.

I found this one and others in my Chicken Shawarma salad I bought at Cleopatra Mediterranean on Mack. The employee Saydol Quazi said they know they have them and gave me the owner's name Farag Wassef. His response was "azzhokes!" He refunded my money and tip. I am sick

If you are looking for authentic Mediterranean food, you have got to try Cleopatra. I have never been disappointed with anything here.

This restaurant has Great customer service and good food! The atmosphere is welcoming and I would recommend you to try it.

The food is always delicious and fresh! The staff is always pleasant and professional.

Food ok. Bread was stale and not what you would call fresh baked. Order was incomplete. Called to complain, I guess cannot give credits. After the call we found other parts of the order not given. I understand running a restaurant is stressful , but level of service is not worth a return. Not my usual place for shawarma . Usually get coming home from work on west side. I guess for east side it is considered good.
