City Coffeehouse

First time visiting City Coffeehouse. We've seen them on Facebook and decided to give them a try. Greeted when we entered and the Barista explained about the drinks we were ordering.My Fiancé got the pumpkin maple cinnamon iced latte, and I got the tiramisu shaken espresso. Both drinks were fantastic!Downloaded their app so next time we get $3 off our order.Had to do review for this location because we couldn't find the Dearborn Heights location which we visited on Yelp,

Easy street parking.Relaxing. Good for studying.House-roasted coffee was really rich, deep, smooth.Baristas pour your creamer for you.Friendly service, and accommodating. However the barista had to ask her coworker all my questions.Me: "Can you make a salted caramel latte?" CC: "We can do a caramel latte."Me: "Do you have salt at all in the building?"CC: "Yes... um... we can put salt in the caramel latte."Me (thinking to self): ... and that is how we can exceed expectations.

Apparently this is a coffee house for those who don't work. Tried to stop by at 7:30 am but they don't open till 9. I'm only posting one star because of the time. I'd still like to try them.

I stopped by City Coffeehouse on the morning of a job interview. Free street parking was available and I was able to park right outside the front entrance. City Coffeehouse seemed like a regular with the locals for its friendly service and cozy environment with lots of comfortable seating and outlets. A cup of tea and a warm cheese croissant were just what I needed to calm my nerves and fill my tummy. I went to my interview after City Coffeehouse and later got the job, so now I see this cafe as a lucky spot and will return!

Cozy coffee spot that has great customer service and plenty of seating. They also have ice cream and pastries for those who don't want to indulge in espresso.

Super nice staff. Interesting mix of food treats and coffee. Coffee was nice and toasty roasty not bright and acidic. Good seating and easy parking. Support local coffee shops!!

Lavender latte is delicious. Croissant tasted fresh, soft and yummy as well. The atmosphere is nice, chic, comfortable and quiet.
