Second visit for the first time in 11 years. Glad to see it still retains the old, warm charm it did back then. Drinks menu is larger than the meals menu but still a great selection. Our table started with mussels and enjoyed the chicken Marsala, and scallops with orzo for entree. The mussels were lovely, great sauce. The portion of chicken Marsala was huge, also enjoyed it but didn't have too much room to dive in with the starter and minestrone soup before. My partner didn't love his scallops with the citrus sauce but it's typically not his style, he figured he'd try it since there are quite a few seafood options, thinking it is a strong suit. I think they probably excel in their sauces and pasta in this case. Cream of asparagus soup was quite sweet and minestrone was unlike others I've had before, it was full of chickpeas. Service was great, the decor for Christmas made it extra warm and special. Would probably return for the pasta.

We have lived in Brighton for 1.5 years. Ciao Amici's quickly became one of our favorites. Great food, great ambiance, and great service every time. Last night we had dinner there for the last time as we are moving across state. During our conversation with our server we mentioned this. Shortly thereafter the owner stopped by our table having heard we were moving away. Real class. Later our server said the owner was buying us desert. This is the classiest restaurant in the area and we can't recommend it enough!

This is a great Italian restaurant! Their drinks are always delicious and service is always really good. You can go in casual, however I think it's a little nicer than that. Low lighting and chill.During my most recent visit I shared apps with a friend. We got the Burrata and the Naribated Portabella and Beef Tips. The Burrata was more like a salad. It was gooood! Fresh Burrata on top of a bed of arugula with tomatos, olives, peperoncinis, and croutons. The portabella and beef tips were flavorful and the beef cooked perfectly!

Table for 6 was ideal for conversation. A tad noisy as we were in the middle of the room, but all in all a great spot. Their Mussels in a tomatoie, onion, garlic sauce was a huge hit. I was the only one who ordered it as an appetizer & passed the platter around. Much to my surprise 3/4 of the mussels returned to my place setting. Loved the course crusty firm sliced bread they paired to "sop up the sauce". My dear wife & I split an entree of White fish over Risotto - brilliant dish. The soup I ordered was a disappointment. Some combination of tomato, pork & I have no idea that the 3rd ingredient was. Very thin on flavor and texture. Timmy ordered the most lovely Bolla Red which went with everyone's meal. Of course the entire world was right due to the 2 Woodword Bourbons we had to chase out the night's chill!

We Highly recommend Ciao Amici's. We have been to this restaurant many times for many years_ the food has always been superb! The owner is a very nice person and treats his customers like family!Today we went yet again_ to celebrate an Anniversary and the food and desserts were top notch! I had the pork chops with a Bourbon sauce. VERY GOOD!We have also treated family and friends to this wonderful establishment and plan on returning again and again!Cheers,Diane and Michael....and Mama Danica.

Service was the only good thing about this place, the drinks were awful, the breadsticks must of come from frozen, the soup was the best part of the meal and even that was mediocre then the pasta.... oercooked under seasoned and overall disappointing.

Nice ambiance and good service. Nice selection of wines by the glass. The food was disappointing. The calamari appetizer was not good. Not crisp and not tasty. Bread and olive oil dip was good. Salad was okay. All three main courses were poor. The veal was tough in veal Marsala and piccata. One plate included a 5 inch curly strip of fried grizzle and fat. When I showed the waiter what was on my plate, he said I don't know what that is. I'm not a chef. The sauce on the veal was a brown, salty, and watery.
