Churchill's Cigar Bar

First visit! Bartenders are exceptional. Assistance and recommendations in the humidor, top notch! Will come back whenever I'm in the Detroit area.

Sitting at work thinking about the next several days off, I checked Churchill's social media pages for holiday hours to determine my plan of action for "cigars, libations and chill" that I will indulge in.Looking at their Yelp page, I was reminded that I have yet to pen a review for this place that I love.I have visited this and the other locations several times. This one, although they have no food tends to be the one I frequent most.Now, let me say that I enjoy the activity of dinner, drinks and cigars. It's an entire vibe!Saying that to say, this location surpasses the others in ways that food can't satisfy.First, I love the layout. You can pull-up to the sleek, well-lit bar and chat with other patrons, bartenders and team. You can also sit by the window and door and people watch. My favorite spot is the back wall opposite the bar. It's darker and provides a little more privacy. (My Scorpio loves it!) Lastly, there are two areas for those that hold locker memberships to enjoy an even a more private setting...alone, with other members or with their invited guests.The humidor is fully stocked with old school vintage cigars as well as the new offerings from ALL of the brands.I think my favorite thing about this location, because the others really do offer the aforementioned, is the staff.Each of them are friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and PERSONABLE. Their personalities are colorful, and fun and eccentric. The bartenders make outstanding drinks. The cigar service is great and the conversations are amusing.I can sit there for hours and relax while being entertained. I need not bring anyone with me. I always feel like I am apart of whatever is going on.It's truly becoming one of my favorite places to hang out.

Great atmosphere, air floatation system was very good. People were friendly and very knowledgeable of all products available. Highly recommend if your in the area and very clean.

First timein Detroit and walked to the Detroit Club where this is located. Be sure to eat dinner in the restaurant; it's awesome then the bar is complimentary to enter. They have a good selection of cigars and a bartender who knows how to prepare them. It's a great end to a great meal.

One word "Class". I've eaten here on many occasions. The food and ambiance is unmatched. The service is always as professional as it gets. The cigar selection is superb and the bourbon pairing is amazing.

This is an outstanding place to enjoy a cigar and libation. The decor is warm and cozy, reminiscent of an old school speakeasy, but with modern amenities like big screen TVs and proper ventilation. The cigars and liquor selection is top-notch and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and more than happy to help.All in all, this is a great place to relax, unwind, enjoy a sporting event or just hang with friends. Highly recommended.

This is an perfect spot to chill, relax, enjoy great cigars, outstanding scotch, and just kick it! Churchill's has a very extensive cigar selection in a world class humidor. The bar selection has some very good scotches, cognacs, and anything else you may want. Mike is an phenomenal bartender he made me a drink called Dr. Donnelley that consisted of Valentine White Blossom Vodka, St. Germaine, Blueberry Stoli, fresh lemon juice, and a few other things I don't recall but it was AMAZING! I was extremely pleased with this place the vibe is upbeat, and fun. They don't serve food here but your allowed to bring in food from area restaurants or you can have something delivered from Door Dash or Uber Eats. The space is very clean, classy, stylish, and sophisticated. I particularly like the mafia table it's a large leather booth that seats about 8 people. I will definitely be back here especially since Yelp does 6% cash back on all purchases!

Kicked back with my buddy Gil G. Smoked a few sticks! Great atmosphere! Staff is super attentive and great people!!! Manager checked with us numerous times how we were!!! If you are looking for the perfect cigar lounge here it is folks.

Great Products and Great Service!! I recently visited the store early one morning prior to leaving for Lansing for an important meeting. Eddie received me prior to the store opening on that day. Eddie accommodated me and gave me 100% expert service!!! He put together a Cigar gift box for me, for my client in Lansing, and it was a wonderful box of Cigars. Exceptional!!! Eddie and Churchill deserve many coodos fora fine service and going above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate me. I would highly recommend the store to anyone looking for a fine, low cost, Cigars for a gift or personal usage. Great JOB!!
